Villa interior is so stylish and modernly designed that in interaction with the exterior provides the perfect atmosphere of staying at sea in conjunction with sun and stone. Luxury Villa consists of 3 floors, has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and it is perfect accommodation for 8-10 persons. Villa Also has one additional apartment for servants.

Groundfloor on this floor there is spacious living room equipped with modern furniture, fully equipped kitchen, area for dining with table and chairs and one separate bathroom. Internal staircases leades to a first floor. From this section you enter into a spacious terrace.

First floor In this section of the house there are three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

Secondfloor On this floor there is one smaller suit with bedroom, bathroom, living room, equipped kitchen and nice big terrace.

Outside Outside is an amazing terraces with beautiful sea view, infinity pool where you can relax your

selves and nice stone path with leades direct to the sea.

Villa is fully air conditioned. Villa has LCD SAT TV, DVD, wireless Internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, oven, toaster, stove with ceramic plates, coffee maker, cot for the baby, terrace, sitting garniture. There are parking areas on the property.
