Major Responsibilities: Monitoring the performance of LTE radio network by conducting routine

activity and analyzing various reports generated from alarm tool. Monitoring, analysis of important CORE/ RAN and Fiber network availability to

maintain them at better than target values by ensuring relevant optimization, preventive & corrective maintenance.

Co-ordination with the field Engineers/NOC team of Radio Network and Switching Sections for rectifying Radio Network problems and improving the network performance and quality.

Analysis of RF report and parameters like X2/S1 handover, Low throughput, Sleeping cell, golden parameter, volte drop, Call release codes.

Fetching RF parameter/performance report via using RF tools like JCP, LSMR, and MYCOM.

Monitored Small-cell of CMP, support and rectification for same.
