Vignan's philosophy Structured on the belief that education is a fun-filled activity, enjoyable and relevant to today's world, unleashing the creative potential of the child side by side. We are also very proud to say that teaching at our school has always been child centered and growth oriented.

Apart from the pursuit of academic excellence, our thrust at

endeavour, to foster among children the best of the Indian

him/her into a complete personality. For the sake of achieving

activities.

We conduct various activities to provide the children with

The following activities we conduct in the school

regularly by involving the students helping them acquire right

environment and people in distress, and improve their

physical, intellectual and emotional well-being at all the stages

of their lives.

Students highlighted the importance of the

need for the formation of a separate state,

struggle of the known and unknown

leaders behind it, its culture etc... It also

included a few traditional Telangana songs

and dance for performances.

To welcome the newly admitted students, freshers day was organized with a pomp of music and dance whereas all the students thoroughly enjoyed the rocking shows.

Vignan promises All Round Development of Vignan Students.So as to look into their health aspects,we conducted A Health Camp promoting Dental Hygiene by Dr.Sreenath and team from Thirumala Super Speciality Dental Clinic and also Eye Vision checkup by Dr.Sampath Raj,US returned and his team from Solis Eye Care Hospital on June 28 in our School campus as part of our Nutrition Week organised by Vignan Bo Tree School Science Department.

To eradicate 'global warning' vignan has taken a strong initiation for planting of saplings .students were made to gift 'saplings' to each other in school and also in their neighbourhood to spread awareness towards 'Go Green campaign'.

Yoga an essential element for inner and physical growth. It is as addition energy, strength and beauty to body, mind also. As proposed June 21st was celebrated as yoga day in our school. Students were enlightened on the importance of yoga. The program was concluded by demonstrating a few asanas beneficial for the students to increase their concentration, energy, improve their immunity and reduce the stress

India is a secular country. Vignan strongly follows secularism. Eid is celebrated very religiously in school campus having a few cultural programmes in it.sweet semiya (kheer) was served to all and the pre-primary children enjoyed a lot hugging each other.

Bonalu the most popular festival of Telangana was celebrated in our school. The celebrations began with a prayer in the assembly followed by dance by the Vignanians dressed in traditional attires. Students also were given information about the importance of Bonalu festival ghattam and rangam. The Young participants carried exquisitely decorated mud pots on their head which contained the “Bonam”.

Independence Day was celebrated with a great pomp in our School with a unique idea to exhibit 3. Phases of freedom struggle i.e., Moderate, Extremist & Gandhian. Parents were really happy and praised the management for organizing such an informative event which helped the kids to understand the worth & beauty of freedom which would also enable them to grow as individuals.

To enable the students develop the leadership qualities among them school cabinet is formed by conducting elections through secret ballet method they were made to swear in as cabinet members and also were given formal duties by our honourable principal on the day.


Varalaskhmi Vratham

Telugu women offer pooja to Godsess varalakshmi during sravana masam on second Friday. Vignan women teaching faculty performed pooja in school campus creating the divine environment around draping in beautiful and colorful silk sarees.

Janmashtami, the birthday of Lord Krishna was celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm in our school. Our Tiny boys from pre-primary were dressed as little Krishna where as our naughty girls played the role of Radha and Gopika. The school environment was changed into Gokul. Our Tiny Tots brought this event to life by participating in the pot breaking ceremony (dahi-handi). The importance o f the occasion was depicted followed by a couple of dances in the school assembly.

Rakshabandhan is an auspicious festival liked by brothers and sisters. It was celebrated in our School. They enjoyed a lot by making handmade rakhis. Pre-Primary students were instructed to bring rakhis which they later tied to one an other. The whole campus looked colourful immersed in Rakshabandhan festival.

Vignan gives equal importance to regional culture and tradition belonging to Telangana, Vignites celebrated Bathukamma in huge manner arranging colour ful bathukammas and a lso by d a n c i n g m o v i n g a r o u n d beautifully with traditional songs.


TELUGU VAROTSAVALU


ECO - Friendly Ganesh

Ganesh Chaturthi one of the favourite festivals among the

students was celebrated grandly in our school. In the

support of clean and green environment clay Ganesha was

brought to our school where our students and school staff

performed all the rituals worshipping Ganesha. The

celebrations continued for three days. On the third day our

students took part in the immersion praying to bring wisdom

and remove the obstacles from their lives.

Fruits Day

Our Pre-Primary Students celebrated Fruits day thon 28 August. Children were instructed to

bring fruits. Teachers helped them to make fruit salad out of the fruits. Children were made to understand the importance of Fruits in their diet by their teachers. Students happily ate the fruit salad and distributed it among the teachers spreading the message of being healthy.


Our Pre-primary students were taken on a field trip to vegetables and fruits market

and also to different places to know about people who help us in our daily needs.

Vignan as an institution not only encourages the Students but also the teachers who have put their heart and soul for years in their profession. Vignan has always taken care of teachers by showing their love on the teacher's day. This year's teacher's day celebration a mega event, was organized at our ECIL Campus.

Teachers enjoyed a lot leaving their cares behind. They participated in fun loving games.

Colours Day

To enable the very young children about the well being, Doctors Day’ is celebrated. Where as children dressed as doctors and also rendered the duty of checking heart beat.

Colours are indeed the smiles of nature. Colours Day (Red, yellow, green, blue) celebrations is a all smile day for our tiny tots. It is a wonderful learning activity which helps the children to understand the concept of Primary colours practically. Students actively participate on this day dressed themselves in the given colours. Students are encouraged to bring toys of the given colour. Students are engaged into activities such as palm printing colours identification games etc.. which encourage in creating the cognitive link between visual clues and words.


Mock UNO GENERAL ASSEMBLY is conducted on 24 th October on the eve of UNO DAY in our school campus where around THIRTY students have taken part representing different countries speaking in different English accent.. Invitees including parents appreciated our students' effort in their delivered speeches.

Mothers Workshop

Pre-primary students mothers were invited to attend an awareness workshop conducted for the mothers exclusively to guide them about the way they can groom their young children to be uplifted whereas the workshop was proven to be very fruitful.


Teachers Day out (Leonia Resorts)

All the teachers were taken to 'Leonia Resorts' for a Day out where they a l l en joyed thoroughly relishing the delicious food. The t e a c h e r s w h o b r o u g h t t h e wounderful academics results in CBSE Board exams were fecilitated with awards and rewards.

Deepavali is a festival of Lights, Joy and

sharing. Deepavali celebrations started with

holy stories of Lord Krishn and Lord Rama.

Children enjoyed the Skit related to

Deepavali celebrations. Deeya making and

greeting card competition was organized on

this event. Children actively participated

exhibiting their artistic skills. Winners were

awarded with prizes.

thOn the occasion of Children's Day on 14 November our Pre-Primary students dressed up as their favourite leader. Children looked really pretty in their costumes, delivering slogans, once again awakening the feeling of patriotism among everyone. The event successfully completed with the co-cooperation of the parents. Parents appreciated our staff and management for organizing such a wonderful event.

The Day of children is celebrated very grandly by making the morning school assembly organized by the teachers for the children. Many games were conducted sweets and toffees were distributed. It was a memorable day for them.

The Hindu Newspaper is associated on with Vignan Group of Schools conducted Literary festival an inter school competition in Hyderabad at our world one school campus. Where our middle class school students and high school students won the first runner up in Finale in theater art. And the first place in theater and drama art.

Teddy Day

Children like soft toys the most and our pre-primary students were given a chance to enjoy one complete day with their favourite soft toys and mostly 'Teddy Bears' childrens eye glittered and enjoyed thoroughly.

Students of III to X were taken for a picnic to

Mountopera. Children were crazy to play in the

swimming pool. We were welcomed by the

welcome drink. We enjoyed playing in the play

area with many playing items. Now it was

swimming time. Later we were taken for dance.

We grooved to the popular numbers. It was really

an exciting day to everyone.

On the occasion of the great Mathematician Sir Ramanujan's birthday Ganith week

was organized in our School. Children participated in various games related to

Maths. Various working Models, Projects,

Activities were exhibited to the parents showcasing the talent of our Students.

Christmas a celebration of love, Joy Cakes and gifts was celebrated in our school. Christmas nativity play depicting the birth of Lord Jesus Christ was performed by students followed by the rendition of Christmas carols. pre-primary Tiny Tots enjoyed the day in colourful dresses. pre-primary classrooms too had been decorated with bright and colourful Bells, stockings, stars, christmas trees and Santas. These Joyous affair came to an end by the arrival of Santa distributing chocolates. Watching students dancing with Santa and enjoying was a feast to eyes.

To awaken the family values in our young children,grand parents day is conducted where a few fun filled games were conducted to the grand parents of our students and were given away prizes also. Programme went on very colour fully with tiny tots dance programmes.
