Untick Linux and Windows update on VM, we will update only ESX

You should create group to manage your update :

Apply the baseline directly through the site :

Download update on each ESX :

In our case, due to have 2 ESX only on cluster, we should de-activate HA on both ESX

Due to BIOS UPDATE, ESX should be reboot : ESX enter in maintenance mode

All VM will switch directly on other ESX (with vMotion option)
