A compulsory booking fee of $9.90 (GST inc) will be added to your invoice.

Free Patch Theatre teacher resource booklets will be available to all teachers and adults at the performance.

There is a minimum booking of 25 for theatre/bus package.If you are in the outer metro area, please speak to us about bus costs.

Patch Theatre will send you a Booking Confirmation Letter within two (2) weeks of receiving a completed Booking Form from your school. If you do not receive it within this time please phone us on 8470 0165.Please also sign the Booking & Cancellation Policy included with this form and return it with the Booking Form as acceptance of the terms and conditions of booking a Patch Theatre performance.
