Has Balenciaga had and influence on his proteges?

I am a student at University of Suffolk, working on an essay on Balenciaga and how he has influenced and inspired his proteges.

My aim for this questionnaire is to compare Balenciaga’s designs with the designs of his proteges. I want to see if the interviewees can see the influence Balenciaga has on his proteges or not.
