10 Irish Hospice Foundation Bursaries available for St Francis Hospice Kaleidoscope Conference “Palliative Care Beyond Cancer” 13 & 14 May, Dublin As part of its ongoing commitment to the extension of palliative care to a range of settings and illnesses, the Irish Hospice Foundation is providing ten one day bursaries to attend the St Francis Hospice 14 th Annual Kaleidoscope Conference, as this conference examines the role of palliative care beyond cancer. Applicants must meet the following criteria: Be a medical, nursing or AHP professional working in a community, residential or hospital setting where they care for patients with palliative care needs. Demonstrate their interest in palliative care for people with diseases other than cancer. Be willing and able to share what they learn at the conference with their colleagues. The bursaries will be awarded as part of a competition. Successful applicants will be invited to share their experience of the conference to the conference organisers and the Irish Hospice Foundation. “Palliative Care Beyond Cancer” 13 & 14 May, Dublin

As part of its ongoing commitment to the extension of palliative care to a range of settings and illnesses, the Irish Hospice Foundation is providing ten one day bursaries to attend the St Francis Hospice 14th Annual Kaleidoscope Conference, as this conference examines the role of palliative care beyond cancer.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be a medical, nursing or AHP professional working in a community, residential or hospital setting where they care for patients with palliative care needs.

Demonstrate their interest in palliative care for people with diseases other than cancer.

Be willing and able to share what they learn at the conference with their colleagues.

The bursaries will be awarded as part of a competition. Successful applicants will be invited to share their experience of the conference to the conference organisers and the Irish Hospice Foundation.

Please apply, by filling in application form below, and emailing directly to the Education Department, St Francis Hospice on [email protected]. Applications for the bursary will close on Friday 17th April 2015 at 12:00 noon. Applicants will be informed of the outcome within one week.
