Design of project documents

For documentation and publication purposes it is important to use a corporate design within the project. This guideline will provide you with some information about how to design a project document, a project presentation and what kind of additional/supporting documents will be needed during a project meeting.

1. Please make use of the Erasmus+ logo and IKY’s (Greek National Agency Logo).

At every produced document/poster/flyer/presentation etc. you have to use the Erasmus+ logo and IKY logo.

Preparation of supporting meeting documents

1. Participant list

The host institution has to prepare a participant list. The document is individualised for every meeting. The yellow highlighted text has to be changed for every meeting and the yellow colour has to be deleted. A template of this document will be available on the project website.Please create a participant list for the project meeting you will host, let the participants sign the list and give it to the coordinator at the end of the meeting.

2. Certificate of attendance

The host institution has to prepare certificates of attendance for every meeting participant. The document is individualised for every participant. The yellow highlighted text has to be individualised and the yellow colour has to be deleted. A template of this document will be available on the project website.

Please create for every participant an individualised certificate of attendance in duplicate. Please give one original signed and stamped certificate of attendance to the meeting participant and put the other one in your own folder.
