Step 1. Place the Rifle on a wooden rest (Fig. 2). Using a 2.5 mm Punch and a Hammer push out carefully the Rivet (5) from the Receiver. Pull out the Upper Handguard Pin (6).

Step 2. Lift the Upper Handguard as shown in Fig. 3 and remove it from the Receiver.

Step 3: Pull the Lower Handguard down and remove it from the Receiver (Fig.4). If necessary, use a Hammer.

Step 4. Using the Allen Key (4) release the four Connecting Bolts (7) (Fig.5) and separate the Upper Handguard from the Lower Handguard.

Step 5. Place the Lower Handguard (2) into the front hoop of the Receiver, then push it forwards [1] and upwards [2] as shown in Fig 6.

Step 6. Insert the Rivet (5) into the Receiver and flatten the edges with a Hammer (Fig 7).

Step 7. Place the Upper Handguard (1) on the Lower Handguard (2) and tighten the four Connecting Bolts (7) Using the Allen Key (4) as shown in Fig 7.
