The Solution: VESA XXL
Bio Fuel Enhancer
VESA XXL is the world’s first and only 100% bio-natural
liquid enhancer that when added to petrol and diesel
fuels in a fractional quantity, it enhances the actual fuel
molecule itself to enable a highly clean and efficient
combustion which reduces total emissions by an
average of 50% while reducing fuel usage and improving
performance.
Femto-Technology Bio- Source For All Fuels

Why Does VESA XXL Work?
VESA XXL is an immediate solution
to solve air pollution because it is :
• Easy – Just add to fuel
• Efficient – 0.1% added to fuel to
improve emissions by about 50%
• Safe – It is derived from bio-natural
hydrocarbons for complete matching
with fossil fuel hydrocarbons

Convenient and Efficient
• The recommended mixing ratio is 1:1000 to petrol,
1:800 for diesel and 1:600 for industrial fuel oils.
• It can be added directly to fuel before use and
enhances fuel performance almost immediately.

Safe For Blending With Fuel
• Bio-hydrocarbons to match with fossil
fuel hydrocarbons
• Almost neutral PH of 6
• Specific gravity of 0.88 close to that of
gasoline and diesel
• Small amount added to fuel (0.10% in
gasoline and 0.125% in diesel)
VESA XXL is virtually undetectable after blending in fuel because
so little is added – only the benefits are seen during and after
combustion
Safety has been ensured after 16 years of enhanced bio-fuel research:

Engine Safety
• VESA XXL is safe for engines
because it is derived from bio-fuel
research. VESA XXL consists of
activated palm oil using femto bio-
technology without the addition of
any chemicals.
• VESA XXL improves fuel
lubrication and also acts as a fuel
detergent to keep the engine clean,
thus prolonging engine life.
• Small blending ratio makes it safe
for both petrol and diesel engines.
Fuel is still 99.9% “pure”.
VESA ALLIANCE (M) SDN BHD (939046-D) VESA ALLIANCE (M) SDN BHD (939046-D)
• VESA XXL is 100% environmentally-friendly because it is
derived from 100% activated palm oil
• VESA XXL retains the high lifecycle emissions reduction
benefits of bio-fuels – whatever little carbon dioxide
formed during combustion is recycled as food for plants
• VESA XXL is 100% biodegradable in case of spillage and
is therefore environmentally-friendly
• VESA XXL is used in much smaller amounts compared
to normal bio-fuels and is therefore more sustainable
and environmentally and politically correct because
there is less competition in land use for food production

Health Safety
Besides its main benefit of reducing emissions
to make the air cleaner and fitter for human
consumption, VESA XXL is safe to use:
• VESA XXL is derived from 100% natural palm
oil and it contains no added chemicals
• VESA XXL is non-toxic
• VESA XXL is safe to inhale
• VESA XXL is non-hazardous and non-
flammable
• VESA XXL is close to pH neutral (6) and is
therefore non-dangerous in case of accidental
spillage on skin or if accidentally consumed in
small quantities

Key Differences With Fuel Additives
• Holistic fuel enhancement - via breaking of fuel molecule for improved combustion
• Blends with fuel – VESA XXL does not separate due to hydrocarbon make-up and similar specific gravity to fossil fuel
• Safe for all – VESA XXL is non-toxic to humans and environment. It is close to pH neutral and technically edible. It is classified as non-flammable, non-hazardous and is fully biodegradable
• Multi-purpose enhanced all-in-one functions
• No real enhancement of fuel molecule - desired performance feature is added to fuel using chemicals
• Separates from fuel - additives have different specific gravity & chemical make-up, it forms a separate component in fuel. Instability results in separation from fuel or oxidation/ evaporation over time
• Chemical-based additives are unsafe - all with warning labels against bio-hazardous disposal and flammability, accidental toxic consumption, inhalation, skin contact, etc
• Individual functions from individual chemicals

How Fuel Additives Work?
1. OCTANE BOOSTING
The problem of pre-mature vaporization of the light ends is tackled by
using a variety of octane boosting chemicals like MMT (manganese
based) compounds, alkyl lead or higher octane aromatics and olefin
hydrocarbons, alcohols like ethanol and MTBE.
PROS
• Octane boosters stabilize the light ends to solve the problem of pre-
ignition. Therefore the engines feels more powerful because the
combustion explosion comes later and more „together‟.
CONS
• Octane boosting does not solve the problem of emissions.
Emissions is still high because larger fuel molecules are unable to burn
completely.
• MMT is a well known ash forming additive which causes exhaust
oxygen sensor biasing and premature spark plug & catalytic
converter failure. MTBE is being banned because of groundwater
pollution. Bio-ethanol has 35% lower energy compared to petrol.

How Fuel Additives Work (cont’d)
2. FUEL MOLECULE SEPARATION FOR IMPROVED ATOMIZATION
Because fuel fragments tend to cluster into bigger groups which impede
atomization, fuel additive manufacturers improve fuel atomization by
using solvents to help unbundle the clustered fuel molecules, like
benzene, acetone, toluene, xylene, alkylate, napthalene, etc.
PROS
• Pre-separation of the fuel molecules somewhat helps to improve
combustion as the process of atomization becomes easier.
CONS
• However, although the clustered molecules are separated, molecule
size remains unchanged - large fragments remain large while small
fragments remain small, so fuel remains non-homogenous and
combustion is still uneven and incomplete.
The Fuel Additive Manufacturers Board states that it is not realistic to
expect gains of more than 5% in power and fuel economy with additives.

Is VESA XXL Safe For My Engine?
• VESA XXL is not an octane boosting solvent
• VESA XXL is 100% chemical-free
• VESA XXL is derived from bio-fuel research for maximum fuel
compatibility
• No fuel separation – specific gravity of 0.88 matches gasoline
& diesel at 0.86-0.87
• Minimal acidity – pH 6 is close to neutral
• 100% fuel compatibility – lab testing of fuel after mixing
shows compatibility rating of 1 (i.e.100%)
• Minimal component in fuel – 0.10%. Fuel is still 99.9% “pure”

How Is VESA XXL Used?
• VESA XXL can be added to fuel before or after filling and
works almost immediately on normal vehicle fuels without the
need for agitation.
• The heavier the fuel, or the poorer the quality of the base fuel
(i.e. non-homogenous) the higher the ratio of VESA XXL
needed for breaking of the large fragments.
• For normal petrol, the recommended ratio is 1: 1000
(or 1ml VESA XXL per 1 litre of petrol).
• For normal diesel, the recommended ratio is 1:800
(or 1.25ml VESA XXL for 1 litre of diesel).
• For industrial diesel fuel oil, the recommended ratio is 1:600
and stirring/mixing is required due to the difference in
density/viscosity.

What If Too Much VESA XXL Is Mixed?
• VESA XXL cannot be used neat (because VESA XXL is not a
fuel), but there are no ill effects on the engine if a much higher
ratio than recommended is used.
• Overdosing serves to improve the amount of surface area of
VESA XXL in contact with fuel for more enhanced molecule
breaking and fuel performance but at the expense of added
cost.
• A higher dose of 50% more is normally recommended for the
first few tanks of fuel to flush and clean the fuel system and
upper chamber in order to maximize fuel savings and engine
performance.
• A lower dose than recommended will reduce the amount of
performance and fuel savings achieved.

Cold Weather Usage
• VESA XXL has a pour point comparable with that of biodiesel
of 8C.
• Special handling is therefore needed for cold weather usage.
If frozen, simply re-warming VESA XXL to above 8C will
return VESA XXL back to its normal state due to its high
stability (unlike biodiesel).
• Once added to fuel, VESA XXL reformulates with the fuel
and will then follow the freezing point of the fuel it is mixed
with. Unlike biodiesel, VESA XXL will not freeze and
separate from fuel once blended.
• The ideal scenario is to blend VESA XXL with fuel in warmer
indoor conditions as soon as possible to avoid problems of
cold-weather handling.

What Are The Obvious Signs of
Enhanced Engine Protection?
1) Cleaner lube oil during oil changes means:
Less metal shavings = reduced frictional upper
chamber wear
Retained lube oil viscosity / less smell of fuel in
lube oil = cleaner combustion / less piston blow-by
of combustion gases
2) Reduced upper chamber wear – due to enhanced fuel
lubrication. Check for lower piston / piston wall / piston ring
wear rate measurements, valve recession measurements
3) Cleaner valves, pistons – due to detergent quality of
VESA XXL

What Are The Signs of Improved Combustion?
Improved combustion shows up as reduced emissions output :
• CO reduction – means improved air / fuel ratio and higher
fuel-energy conversion
• CO2 reduction – means lower fuel consumption
• HC reduction – means more complete combustion and higher
fuel-energy conversion (due to reduction in fuel molecule size
and improved fuel atomization)
• SOx reduction – means reduced fuel sulfur content
• NOx reduction – means cooler combustion
