Efficient dedusting is of great commercial sig-nificance – particularly for in-process manufac-turing – as it is an important element in satisfy-ing GMP guidelines, and allows tablets to beprocessed further without complications. Theabsolute reliability of the dedusting processplays a crucial role here, as does the possibilityof validating it.
In addition to these basicrequirements of dedustingunits, at FETTE we have for-mulated others that are opti-mally satisfied by the verticalde-duster: additional benefitsin the form of deburring andvertical transport, supple-mentary functions such asthe Metalcheck or WiP, further properties likedust-proofing and suitability for containment.
Extremely gentle product handling and low spacerequirements are yet further features.The verticalde-duster can, of course, also be flexibly adaptedto any type of machine, is easily operated, and issimple to clean to GMP standards. Vertical de-dusters from FETTE are so reliable that they prac-tically satisfy the "install and forget" principle.
