More than 30 years of experience from helicopter installation work.

In 1991, a method for offshore flare tip replacement using helicopter was developed.

Since 1991, methods are continuously improved and areas for use of helicopter based installation is extended.

During all years of operation, no accidents, no personnel injuries.

Involved in developing methods for powerline construction/maintenance work using helicopter since 1975.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Certified according to ISO standard. Our QA system includes procedures covering aerial work. Standard: ISO 9001:2008.

DIRECT VISION FLYING METHOD

Our method requires a pilot with direct vision flying competence.

The use of direct vision flying method improves safety considerably compared to conventional flying method.

Direct vision means that the pilot has a direct, unobstructed view of the sling load and the delivery area.

EFFICIENCY

A standard flare tip replacement is a 1 day operation (requires 1 day access to flare deck).

Based on duration time and required shut down time, this is the most cost effective way to change a flare tip.

Helicopter method feasible for most types of flare tips.

Requires 3 mechanical installers at the platform for 2 days (minimum number of beds occupied).
