Smart City Apartments was the new incarnation of Osbourne Stewart Limited, this estate agency will now evolve into a serviced apartments operator as well as lettings business

PROJECT SUMMERY

Back in the year 2013 when smart city apartment was only a concept and name, we have been approached by Kamran Mahmood who was the director of smart city apartments and discussed with us to design and develop a

Logo of Smart city apartments Full stationary including letter head, visiting cards, email signature Website with a smart booking module for serviced apartments Brand positioning & Internet marketing

The aim was to develop smart creatives, a responsive web identity along with easy booking functionality, to establish the brand and achieve SERP (search engine ranking positions) within stipulated time frame by strict process & reporting,

THE CHALLENGE

The biggest challenge for us was customer satisfaction as our client choice was very specific in designs and his choice and at the same time our client was very demanding if we were talking about project process, reporting, phases, execution, successful implementation,

No less than 100% was expected from us each time and every time,

HOW WE HELPED

Logo was the first step and it was tough in starting….

We submitted more than 250 logos! And all was rejected each time we were submitting a new batch full of fresh logo ideas, it was not only Kamran Mahmood but two other persons were involved in selection process and so it was quite tough for us due to a broad selection criteria and specific comments from each person, then hard work paid and the day came when client make a selection with a cumulative decision, you can see the winning entry below

PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE & CONTRACT SINGING

And finally the day came when we submitted our proposal on 2nd of July 2013 which was duly accepted and we signed the contract of

1. Corporate identity creation & development 2. Website design & development

Below was the final approved design of Home page after several mockups

Design & development phase with onsite SEO lasted for 15 weeks, and site was officially launched on Oct 2013,

Internet Marketing Proposal & Contract

However the Internet marketing & branding proposal we submitted later due to the fact that the journey, quotes, time line & proposal details were entirely different from design & development proposal

However we also wanted to complete the design & development journey and were exited to launch the website

It took us several weeks to discuss internet marketing proposal and its individual elements and we submitted this IM proposal on October 2014 and finally signed the recurring contract on June 2014 after several rounds of discussion with client

RESULTS

It was due to our strong planning with content, sitemap, onsite SEO structure along with well derived strategy of Internet marketing techniques that we were successful in achieving the SERP (search engine ranking positions) of most of the keywords within first 3 months of website launch

Site was with more than 18000 page views within first year of launch with more than 30% returning visitors and more than 2 minutes and 30 seconds of average session duration

Client acquired 6 more building blocks in Central London after whopping response,
