Description CXR-9500R est la plate-forme d’accès multi-services PTN / SDH / SONET / PDH, une solu-tion intégrée économique permettant de gérer simultanément des flux PTN / SDH / SONET / PDH à partir du même châssis. Il est conçu pour prendre en charge les liaisons montantes SDH / SONET et / ou PTN (MPLS-TP, Carrier Ethernet CE).

La capacité de liaison montante des flux SDH / SONET est de type STM-1/4/16 ou OC-3/12/48. La connectivité du HX9500R est obtenue par une interconnexion non blo-quante entre les modules affluents à haut débit (VCn / VTn) et les modules affluents bas débits (DS0).

Avec la carte d'interface PTN10G, le HX9500R est alors capable de transporter des réseaux PDH / SDH / SONET sur des réseaux de trans-port par paquets (PTN). HX9500R servant de passerelle, les périphériques TDM existants pourront migrer de SDH / SONET / PDH vers PTN de manière fluide et transparente.

Avec jusqu'à 4 interfaces agrégées STM-1/4/16 (OC-3/12/48) sur les modules d'inter-connexion et 8 interfaces STM-1 (OC-3) sur les affluents, le HX9500R offre aux fournis-seurs de services une protection polyvalente, comprenant la protection SNCP (UPSR) et MSP (1 + 1) pour les topologies de réseau en anneau et linéaires. Le HX9500R peut fonc-tionner avec le HX9100 et le HX9400R pour la mise en réseau SDH / SONET.

La capacité d'interconnexion non bloquante VC11 / VC12 / VC3 / VC4 (VT1.5 / VT2 / STS-1 / STS-3) des modules HS est de 20 VC4 maximum. Les modules tributaires HS comprennent les interfaces optiques STM-1/4 (OC-3/12), E3 / T3, E1 / T1, FOM et Fast Ethernet / Gigabit Ethernet sur STM-1/4/16 (OC-3/12 / 48). Les signaux Ethernet sont mappés sur la charge utile STM grâce à des techniques standard telles que GFP, LAPS, VCAT, LCAS et non-LCAS. Ces modules HS sont identiques à ceux utilisés dans la version rack du HX9400R.

Les connexions DS0 non bloquante de la liaison montante aux interfaces HS est limitée à 21 E1 ou 28 T1. La capacité d'interconnexion DS0 non bloquante sur les interfaces LS est de 768 DS0. Avec une connexion DS0 non bloquante com-plète peut également servir de mini DACS. Les modules incluent diverses interfaces TDM, IP et voix. Tous les modules LS sont identiques à ceux utilisés en version rack du QX3440.

Toutes les interfaces sont entièrement con-formes aux normes ETSI et aux recommanda-tions de l'UIT. Le HX9500R offre une fonctionna-lité complète d'exploitation, d'administration, de maintenance et d'approvisionnement (OAM & P). Les utilisateurs peuvent facilement super-viser le HX9500R localement ou à distance par une gestion centralisée, CXR-iNET (EMS) et CXR-iNMS (Integrated NMS).

Le groupe de protection sur le HX9500R doit toujours être des cartes affluentes voisines. Deux cartes de modèle identique doivent être montées sur TRIB1 et TRIB2, ou TRIB 3 et TRIB 4 pour former un groupe de protection. TRIB 1 et TRIB 3 servent de cartes principales tandis que TRIB 2 et TRIB 4 servent à la protection.
