Statements consolidating 11 companies (Non-Profit Rental Housing entity).– He managed up a downsized accounting team immediately following a 3 rd party financial outsourced
system implementation, from 4+ months behind to a current status, allowing issuance of Audited Financial Statements consolidating 10 companies (Non-Profit Student Loan Servicer).
– Kevin hired, developed & created a domestic Controller’s team of accountants supporting an international line of business responsible for full cycle accounting, budget, forecast, client profitability and overseas consolidation of EMEA, APAC & LATAM countries (Top 20 Financial Institution).

– Worked with internal IT to migrate 230 balance sheet reconciliations (multi-currency) to an automated software tool (Recon+) allowing transition to an outsourced solution
– Designed and executed Excel based templates to remediate multiple student loan trust reconciliation out of balances ($7bn loan portfolio) following a 3rd party outsourced implementation; partnered with local IT to develop simple SQL based reporting to research and resolve significant differences
– Business Project Lead responsible for implementation of SOX404 software solution (Risk Navigator), training of corporate executives, dashboard design, reporting and sign-off ($32bn loan portfolio)
