Seniors must do the following to graduate…
1. Pass required classes and earn at least 23 credits
2. Make up failed/missing classes
3. Pay off all debts owed to NHS
4. Meet attendance requirement
4 English (9th Lit, World Lit, American Lit or AP English Language, Multicultural Lit or AP Lit)
4 Mathematics (Algebra, Geometry, Adv Algebra, CRM,PreCal, AP Stat or AP Calculus)
4 Science (Biology, Physical Science or Physics, Chemistry, Earth Sys or Environmental Sci and a 4th Science)
4 Social Studies (Government, World History, US History, Economics)
1 PE/Health (or 3 units of JROTC)3 CTAE, Fine Arts or Foreign Language Electives3 Additional Electives ___23 Credits
We offer gradpoint and credit recovery courses online. Many students work on their make up classes during 1st period.
Dr. White, our graduation coach, will be meeting with your student to sign them up for these courses.
Check your infinite campus accounts to see if you have any fines due to lost text books or uniforms
Check with the media center to make sure you do not owe for lost books
Check with our bookkeeper to see exactly what you owe
Option 1: “Just graduate” $50- covers the cost of your diploma and graduation fees/tickets + Senior shirt. Senior shirt will only be included if dues are paid by September Friday 23rd.
Option 2: Includes graduation package + a Fall Activity, 2 Spring Activities, Senior Picnic, & long sleeve shirt. There will be 3 payment installment dates if you do not want to pay a lump sum.
*9/23: $50 (ensures short sleeve shirt order)*10/20: $50 (ensures inclusion in Fall Activity & Long sleeve shirt order)*2/1: $70 (ensures inclusion in Spring Activities)
Come to school everyday!
If you are sick, have a doctors appointment, have to go to court or attend a funeral bring in a note from your doctor, the court or program from the services
Your parent can write up to 5 notes for other days you may be out
If you have more than 10 UNEXCUSED absences you will not receive credit from the course and you will have to retake the class if you need it to graduate

What is the NCAA Clearinghouse? Ensures the academic eligibility of student athletes in
Division I and Division II.
All Division I & II athletes must go through the Clearinghouse in order to play in college. All Division I and Division II athletes cannot take Credit Recovery at NHS.
Division I: sliding scale eligibility requirements for both core GPA and SAT or ACT scores (combined).
Division II: sliding scale with core GPA of 2.0+ and SAT or ACT scores.
ACT: Must make at least a 17 English 17 MathSAT: Minimum 430 CR 400 Math
