• Tape Support as a 3rd Tier– DLM can use NBU tape as third tier– Plan to address this in 2005 after EV v6.0 ships

• Unix Agents– DLM planned to release UNIX agents in DLM v6

(Q305)…this will not happen– EV will likely not pursue an agent for UNIX

• Not quick to do and it’s unknown how many customers would have purchased a UNIX to Windows archive solution

– Keep selling/developing Storage Migrator for UNIX– Long term plan is to release archiving support for

UNIX with Bryce Canyon (IDM v1)
