Verify ADT History Report

This program produces a report of residents with incorrect or conflicting census data in their ADT history screen. It includes ALL residents, in-house and discharged. It is useful when reconciling Length of Stay and other statistical reports to manual controls.

Resident Module – Verify ADT History – Click OK (This process generates a report)

Verify ADT History Report “Record ” is the line number on ADT History screen .

Example 1

In this example, there are two Admit lines and two Discharge lines for the same admission: Correct by removing the duplicate line

Example 2

This example shows two Discharge lines for the same admission. Correct by removing duplicate line

Example 3

This example shows a Leave line prior to admission: Correct by removing line

Run ADT History Report to make sure all errors were corrected

ERRORS TRACKING

This program allows user to locate and correct missing census data. It should be run prior to billing

Resident Module – ADT Registration – Errors Tracking-------------------------------------------------------------------------

“Show Info” Parameter: Paysources, Demographic, Medical

Select Paysources, Demographic, or Medical

“Of the Clients” Parameter : In House, Discharged, All, Admitted Since Date

“Show” Parameter:

All- Residents with and without Errors None- Only residents without Errors Errors- Only residents with Errors

Residents with errors Dropdown contains key to error codes

Key to Error Code Numbers are in Dropdown at Bottom-right

“Edit” button will open the selected (Paysource, Demographic, Medical) screen and allows editing

This example shows resident with Paysource Error 04- Missing Paysource Information- Clicking the “Edit” button opens the resident’s paysource screen for editing

Select “Errors” dropdown to choose specific errors

User can select specific errors for correction by clicking “Errors” radio button
