We will supply and set-up everything needed to make your guests speechless on arrival. Comprising of four linked Kata Tipis of varying sizes, we will provide you with a turn-key set-up, fully furnished. With dance floor, hand-crafted wooden tables & benches covered in reindeer skins, beautifully hand built beer barrel bar, chesterfield sofas, a fire pit and glimmering lights to create the perfect ambience for up to 120 guests.

Essential in this day and age, we will provide you with a bespoke website, full of functionality, showing live availability, management of revenue, payment processing, links to nearby accommodation, to ensure you have a professional digital presence. This is backed up by our national & local marketing along with social media campaigns, to drive leads to the venue, giving you maximum exposure to ensure a full season of bookings.
U P F R O N T S U P P O R T
We know how daunting this can be, we have the experience of launching a successful tipi wedding venue. We know the pitfalls to avoid and the top tips to make a venue successful. We will support you from planning consultation, site preparation, choosing & negotiating with potential catering suppliers, as well as managing successful open days to your first event. We have check lists for everything, and you will have 24/7 support from our team.
O N G O I N G S U P P O R T
We are looking for partners, and as such we will share our knowledge, experience, and any innovation. We will provide the insurances you need under our group cover, maintenance & repair of the equipment, help you with operational issues. At the end of the season we will help you take down the tipis for the winter, perform our health check review on all the components, should anything need repairing we will take it away and bring it back as good as new. We can even store the tipis for you at our site if needed.
Importantly we will also help with guidelines on how to approach enquiries, from standard email responses, to example scripts on how to engage with brides to be, as well as key questions and information you need to gather to make the day run smoothly.
W H AT W E N E E D F R O M Y O U
You will need passion & commitment. You will be responsible for site preparation (Drainage, water,electricity supply), converting the generated leads, showcasing the venue to clients, and liaising with the client in the run up to the event and ensuring the event runs smoothly.

Our model is simple! We invest together in the Venue set-up and share the Venue Hire revenue proportionally.
We are fully flexible to accommodate each individuals circumstance. We understand you may be asset rich, but don’t want to tie-up significant amounts of cash? Alternatively, you may have some spare cash you want to utilise to give you a great return on that investment?
We can help you! In essence, the more you invest the better your return!
On top of the venue rental share, you have the opportunity to increase your revenues by offering additional services. Anything you can make in addition is solely yours to keep.
You could run the bar internally or negotiate a percentage profit share with an external provider. There is commission to be made by using a select number of caterers, as well as offering accommodation on site, via camping or commission from local hotels. These additional revenue streams can significantly increase your return on investment.
We would like our partnership to be a minimum of five years. We will be making a significant
investment in both you and your wonderful sites.

Our first tipi partnership has exceeded everyone’s expectations, including ours!
Set on Inkersall Grange farm just north of Nottinghamshire, is our stunning tipi wedding venue, overlooking Sherwood forest and away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
2017 saw 34 weddings in its first full year, and is fully booked in 2018, where 40 weddings will take place. We have honed our event skills and mastered the art of marketing the venue. There have been challenges along the way, but that’s all part of the learning process. We made the mistakes, so you don’t have to!
