The hotel is very well appointed and has a mixture of single, twin and double rooms all ensuite. There’s a great bar as well as an indoor swimming pool, and it’s just two minutes’ walk from the beach.

Travel by car or van (via ferry)

Ferries from the mainland leave from Southampton, Portsmouth or Lymington.Please select your point of embarkation when you book (with the hotel).

The hotel is approximately 30 minutes’ drive from all arrival points.

£56 for a car / van including passengers(up to 5m length - 2.1m high)

Travel on foot.

The hotel is close to beach, town and railway station so a car is not essential.It is possible to travel with through ticketing from any UK mainline station via hovercraft

After a hard days studying relax at the adjacent minigolf course.This event is open to all attendees and partners would be very warmly welcomed.

There is a bar on site and prizes for the best (and worst) performance will be awarded.

Everything is provided, no need to pack your bats!

Three course meal, music entertainment throughout the evening and a table magician to entertain us during the meal

The Isle of Wight has much to offer, from lovely thatched tearooms to impressivewell-known landmarks.

We are happy to provide transport on Saturday for anyone wishing to visit Osborne house.

Osborne house was recently used as one of the main locations for the recent �lm Victoria and Abdul featuring Judy Dench. This is a great day out and the vibrant

town of Cowes is close by for those wanting to do some exploring and shopping.

Visit Roman villas, medieval castles and historic houses which showcase much of the Island’s rich heritage, then discover historic landmarks such as the medieval St Catherine’s Oratory (also known as the “Pepperpot”) and the

Megalithic Mottistone Longstone, as you explore the varied landscapes across the Island.

TrainingSaturday and Sunday

The emphasis of this year’s event is hands-on training. To that end a program of short training classes and presentations will run throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday morning. Places are available on a �rst come �rst served basis. The �nal timetable will be presented at the start of the weekend. Places can be booked at MLA reception at the start of, or during the weekend. All classes are included in the inclusive weekend price.

Classes commence at 10:00 on both days ending at 16:00 on Saturday in time for the mini golf and 13:00 on Sunday.

Please see below a taster of what’s available. We will be updating the training programme regularly. Other manufacturers and practical presentations are being arranged and along with the timetable will be advised in the run-up to the weekend.

Attractions and places to visit are in plentiful supply on the Island,with something to suit everyone.

reasons to visit. These are great if you are looking for a day out shopping,or something to do on a rainy day.
