I, the undersigned vehicle owner, knowing that Built Not Bought Magazine, The Octane Media Group, andthe photographer are relying thereon, hereby certify as follows: I am the owner of the vehicle identified inand who executed this Vehicle Owner Release.

I am of lawful age to contract and am competent to contract in my own name insofar as this agreement isconcerned.I grant the photographer the executive and absolute right and explicit permission to the ownership of the

photographs that are taken during the photo shoot.I acknowledge and agree that Built Not Bought Magazine and the Octane Media Group has permission tolicense the use of these same photographs in their publication, to print the images, and to distribute themvia their digital channels (facebook, twitter, website) for promotional purposes.I hereby wave any right to inspect or approve said images of me and any advertising copy that wouldcoincide with said images, and I also wave any claim that I may have at any time to the eventual use towhich the same may be applied. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless, Octane MediaGroup, Built Not Bought Magazine, and the photographer against any and all liability, claims, actions,and/or obligations as a result of taking, processing, editing, or reproduction of the finished product.
