Description: The headlights are not permitted to have a horizontal adjustment for vehicles certided according toregulatory requirements. The horizontal adjuster is blocked from further adjustment by means of a cap (after the initialadjustment is performed in the production process). Some vehicles did not have the required cap installed. Incorrectlyadjusted headlights may result in reduced visibility (for the driver and other motorists) which could increase the risk of acrash.
