We are launching the assured return scheme on CLP plan with an assured return of 12% per annum. Till
date no such scheme has been launched in the market and we will be the first one to launch thisscheme. In this scheme we propose to offer the return till possession. The return shall be paid on the
amount deposited by the customer and will be released on quarterly basis. This scheme should help us
to promote and sell the product in the market as none of the developers has launched this scheme in
the market yet. The return will be given on the BSP deposited with the company including the booking
amount and shall be calculated cumulatively as and when the installment is paid by the customer.

Other Terms and conditions
a) The prices are subject to revision for all the remaining units or as decided by the company from time to time.b)
The Scheme shall be closed at the discretion of the management.
c)
All conditions of the 'Hi-Tech Township Policy" scheme of UP Government will be applicable.d)
Actual Size may marginally vary and the final costing will be done on possession.e) Cost Escalation clauses are as per the Company Policy.f)
The other terms and conditions of sale would be as per the application form and standard allotment letter of thecompany.
g)
In case the allottee fails to take possession of the unit within a period of sixty days from the date of offer of possessionmade by the company, he / she shall be liable to pay holding charges as decided by the company till the date ofhanding over of the possession by the Company.
h) The demands under the development linked payment plan can be called for in any sequence, depending on thesequence undertaken by the developer, irrespective of the sequence mentioned. Tabular format does not indicate thesequence of the event in any manner and any stage may precede or proceed the mentioned stage.
i) All Government Taxes as may be applicable shall be charged over and above the Basic Sale Price and shall be subject tothe rates applicable from time to time and the developer has no responsibility to inform the change in rates of the taxes.
