General
Introduction For more than forty years, Fitzpatrick UK has manufactured and supplied the market with metal doors for commercial, industrial, and special applications in building throughout the world, by means of sophisticated facilities using the CAM (computerized plant and machinery) for production.
Since the year 2000, Fitzpatrick sal, comprised of a management team with a wealth of experience in the field has established a manufacturing operation supplying the market with all kinds of metal door sets (fire rated doors, sound proof doors, security doors, fire rated rolling shutters, etc.) that are compliant with international technical standards and under license from Fitzpatrick UK Ltd.
Offering design, manufacture and installation services, using modern manufacturing techniques and adopting high quality standards for manufacturing and production planning, Fitzpatrick sal can handle projects of all types and sizes.
Continuous product development and an exhaustive performance testing program enable Fitzpatrick sal to offer a wide range of certified doorsets. Over the years, Fitzpatrick sal has developed many innovative product ranges for specific market sectors including education, health and leisure.
The Fitzpatrick installation service includes on-site survey, measurements and installation. This helps to maintain quality from commissioning to manufacture and ensures that there are no issues with certification.

Location All the manufacturing activity of Fitzpatrick sal is centralized in its 4000 sqm factory located in the eastern suburb of Beirut, Lebanon (Appendix 1).
The factory’s proximity to Beirut Sea Port, Beirut Airport, the main local raw material suppliers and the majority of local projects helps avoiding transportation delays and complications.
Even though the company manufactures, supplies and installs (where required) its products in more than 50 countries around the world (refer to the “Executed Projects” paragraph), most of its operation is centralized in Lebanon, UK, Arab countries and Middle Eastern countries.
In every one of the countries representing a considerable share of its market, Fitzpatrick has a dealer who manages its activities including delivery and installation. This aims mainly to ensure a standard quality in all its activities including administration, interrelations, follow up and site surveillance during installation, which results in having a deliverable product of superior quality.
Although Fitzpatrick sal operates under license from Fitzpatrick UK Ltd who is a part of the group Leaderflush Shapland, its shareholders are all Lebanese citizens and the company is registered in Lebanon (Nb. 76572).

Production Capability Relying on a highly skilled and experienced team, having a large and developed set of equipment (listed below), and applying some of the most efficient supply chain management techniques, Fitzpatrick’s production capacity could exceed 200 doors per day, in addition to the architectural metal works.
Since the year 2000, Fitzpatrick has reengineered its manufacturing processes many times. With every re-engineering, new machines were being added, in addition to enlarging the work area and increasing the human resources in a way to satisfy the new market requirements. Between every re-engineering process and the other, continuous improvement was on-going to optimize the resources utilization and thus, improve response time to client requests while maintaining the high quality standards.

Products Our main products consist of the following:
Metal Door frames for Timber Doors
Fitzpatrick Metal Doorframes are manufactured in various materials and finishes. They are available to any configuration of size, profile and construction that may be required for special projects and applications (Appendix 2).
Fire Resisting Metal Doorsets
Fitzpatrick Fire resisting doorsets have evolved over five decades of research into commercial and industrial applications (Appendix 3).
Acoustic & Special Metal Doorsets
Fitzpatrick Acoustic doorsets have evolved over four decades of research into commercial and industrial applications. Acoustic doorsets are designed to reduce noise in buildings and industrial areas (Appendix 4).
Security Metal Doorsets
Securicel doorsets must offer resistance to real threats from petty burglars using small tools up to attempted forced entry with high powered machinery. Fitzpatrick doorsets are available in four distinct levels of security protection and are manufactured to order (Appendix 5).
Bullet Proof Doorsets / Blast Proof Doorsets
The Fitzpatrick Bullet Proof Doorset has been developed for use in areas where a high degree of security and resistance to the discharge of fire arms is required. Once the bullet proof door is fixed in position its appearance is no different from any other flush door. The protection range varies between UL1 and UL8, depending on the construction of the door.
Wood Cladded Security Doorsets (Apartments & Villas)
This new product was custom made upon client’s demand. The thick wood cladding joined to Steel Doors with both grouting and security infill (different levels), provide a highly secured door with an elegant customizable wooden finish (both feel and see). Brick Bond Grilles
The Fitzpatrick range of brick bond grilles provides the first line of defense for retail and commercial applications. The robust constructions in brick bond or straight grille design are an attractive means of providing security to openings whilst maintaining maximum visibility. They can be manually or electrically operated and can be manufactured from aluminum or steel in a full range of color options or stainless steel (Appendix 7).
Trellidors
Fitzpatrick Trellidors provide a strong and visual deterrent for security of merchandise.
Trellidors have thwarted intruders by preventing access or delaying entry, affording response teams the time to react. The attractive color range will enhance the shop’s appearance and even when closed, display goods are clearly visible (Appendix 8).
Fire Roller Shutters with Controlled Descent
The Fitzpatrick Fire Rated Roller Shutter has been independently tested to BS 476, this covers all relevant criteria for fire performance. The independent Testing Laboratories have size limitations on their test furnaces and accordingly, a full range of assessments are available as standard for shutters up to 7 meters square (Appendix 9).
Electrically Operated Roller Shutters
The Fitzpatrick Electrically Operated Roller Shutter can be supplied with many options, as standard a galvanized finish suitable for general industrial or commercial use with power operation. This type of shutter can be supplied with a wicket door for personnel access (Appendix 10).
