• Enter below “Prajasadhikara survey” URL

•Tap on “DASHBOARDS” button, List will be displayed.

•Tap on “CM Video Conference DashBoard ” button , Page redirects to “Chief Minister Video

Conference” Dashboard.

•To download apk , Tap on "DOWNLOAD APK” button , App will be downloaded.

• To download App User manual, Tap on “VC APP USER MANUAL” button , User manual will be

downloaded.

VC Attendance App

Tap on “VC Attendance” application

icon in the dock.

Application launched and displayed the

Splash Screen.

Note: To use the application, needs active

Internet/WiFi.

➢Splash screen is displayed for 3-sec

and automatically navigates to

“Schedule Details” Screen.

➢Upcoming schedules details will be

dispalyed.

➢Tap on “Completed” button,

displayed.

➢Tap on Schedule details, It navigates

to “LANDING” screen

Landing Screen

➢Landing screen is displayed with

“Select Office Type” field.

➢Tap on “Select Office Type” field

and select the office type from the list of

options,

● State HOD

● Collector Office

● Sub Collector RDO Office

● Tahsildar

● Panchayat Office

Landing ScreenBased on selected Office type, Select Department, Location and District.

Tap on “NEXT” button, it navigates to “Employee ID” screen.

➢Based on selected Office type,

Select Department, District, Mandal,

Rural/Urban, Village and Location.

➢Tap on “NEXT” button, it

navigates to “Aadhaar number”

screen.

Screen➢Enter “Aadhaar number”.

➢For the registered employee,

the details will be fetched

automatically and displayed.

➢Upon verification of details,

tap on “TAKE ATTENDANCE”

button, Attendance In/Out Modal

view is displayed.

Use RD registered Biometric/Iris

devices only.

Aadhaar number, If name

and mobile number not

displayed.Enter your name

as per Aadhaar and mobile

number and tap on “TAKE

ATTENDANCE” button,

➢Select In/ Out radio

button, It navigates to “Bio-

Authentication” screen.

Biometric Screen

➢Tap on BIOMETRIC /

IRISHIELD button based on

the bio-authentication device

available.

➢To capture Biometric,

select and tap on Finger

Index as shown in image.

➢Tap on “CAPTURE”

button to proceed with

capturing the fingerprint.

Employee Attendance

Successful

➢Capture Fingerprint / eyescan and tap

on “SUBMIT” button.

➢Upon successful verification of

fingerprint/eyescan,

➢it submits the Employee’s attendance

successfully and alert message dispalyed

and reads like “Attendance Submitted

Successully”.
