As founder of VASEI, Dr. Kaur realized her passion and experience of 40 years in developmental psychology of children. Dr. Kaur entered the field of education by way of advanced research in childhood psychology. Her doctoral and post-doctoral for three years as UGC fellow from Delhi university ,were all focused on developing and enhancing the performance of learning abilities. She went to USA and got the privilege to get Green-card under special ability clause - without any sponsorship, and served in USA schools, school districts, and Centre for Assessment and Learning as reading specialist, psychoanalyst and co - Director. During her 10 years stay in USA She earned her PhD in 1980 and her research work was ground breaking enough to be recognized by the NCERT and received publication grant. Along with her research, she created Specialized tools to enhance comprehension and reading abilities of 4-12 grade students. Her tools, launched under the Capsule Psychological Courses were adopted by the top schools of New Delhi in 1978 and by the gifted school programs in USA in 1996. She founded the International Council of Education in the 1990s and consolidated- her offerings in this Council along with the top research and developments of her associates. She returned her base to India in 2003 and has since been actively involved in advancing the educational talent at the top schools in India and utilized the abstracts of all conventions attended, conducted or organized at Na-tional and International level. Dr. Kaur has published over 30 books, papers, and articles for educational enhancement. With the founding of VASEI, Dr. Kaur prom-ises to bring forward a team of experts with years of knowledge, experience and the next generation of tools for educators. VASEI's alumni graduate more engaged, and better performing students than their peers. She is also working as a director of “One Stop Teacher Placement Services”.

Mr.Preet Khorana

Mr. Khorana is a well regarded technology and education visionary. His career began in high tech at a time when the internet was a research project. He contributed to the development of first network management systems that leveraged US telecommunication networks to deliver connected topologies. Since then he has held key executive positions such as SPRINT (USA), Oracle (USA) and several internet and learning based startup companies based in California. At Sprint, he was in charge of the merger of the network systems to deliver a powerful Internet backbone the included physical and extra terrestrial media. At Oracle, he led the development and marketing of the first Internet based software platforms. His work at Oracle also included a global network of education services that resulted in creation of the largest commercial education wing of the world. Mr. Khorana has a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering (USA), Bachelors in Computer Science (USA) and an Executive Masters in Business Management (USA). In addition, Mr. Khorana has been teaching advanced and specialized courses at the University Of California, Berkley's professional extension centres. Mr. Khorana is personally involved in ensuring the success of the VASEI's 2014 distance and global initiatives.

Ms.Ojasvi Sharma (Netherlands)

Ms. Ojasvi Sharma brings advanced corporate research, strategic planning, corporate management and business planning to VASEI. She has served in the senior financial analysis, corporate management and governance, human resource development and marketing areas in established companies in California, USA, New Delhi, India, and Amsterdam, Netherlands. Her international education and experience provides a bridge for VASEI's direction in VASEI's 2014 distance and global initiatives.

Ms. Gurleen Walia (U.S.A)

Gurleen Walia has a M.A. degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Lowa State University, USA. She also has a M.A. degree in Home Economics and a B.A. in Education from India. She has significant teaching experience at both school and college levels. She is a mother of three children and has personal experience in parenting and guiding gifted children. While her older daughter attended a special school for gifted children, her younger one is currently part of the school run "gifted and talented education" program. As a parent herself, she fully understands how exciting, and yet frustrating, it can be to parent a gifted child.The lack of learning programs and opportunities in the Indian school system that address the special needs of exceptional children underscores the critical necessity of introducing such programs. It is very important to provide a challenging and stimulating environment that encourages such capable and high achieving students to soar to their highest potential. Rooms have ceilings, not children.

Dr.Kiran Awasthi

Dr. Kiran Awasthi is M.A. in English and Linguistics, Ph.D. in linguistics with ample school and university teaching experience. She graduated with Sanskrit and English literature. Being a student of literature she bears a hearts quite sensitive to nature and a broad humanitarian view. She has practical experience of teaching from high school classes to M.A. She has broad social outlook which is reflected in her papers published on “Fundamental Unity of all Religions.” Other papers are published on various subjects on Hindi grammar, English language, vocabulary enriched with Hindi words during British reign in India. Even after retirement she has an urge learn and share her experienced vision with global prospective.She is happy to upgrade students’ learning process by associating herself with VASEI, where teaching is an urge, growth is child’s religion and teachers are taught to meet global ends at every step.
