General Secretary’s Message

Dear Friends and Well Wishers……

Once again it is our pleasure to present Annual Report 2018-2019 to share the information of our

activities, achievements & experience gained in the process of our developmental program of

Healthcare and Education sectors.

This year also at “Sanjeevani Healthcare Unit over 55 free corrective surgeries of the congenital

disabled

children have been done. From the beginning a total of over 650 free corrective operation of

Divyang have been performed. Additionally Physiotherapy, Yoga & Music Therapy are provided for

better rehabilitation.

At “Sanjeevani Bal Vidya Mandir”,Suarsoat a lot of development work has been done like

construction of another floor with a guest room & toilet, a 5KVA Solar Panel was installed. Beside

this 4 Ashram –like rooms with rooftop tiles has been built.

Our unit at New Delhi “Aashirwad Special Education School for Mentally Retarded Children” has

organized many social & awareness activities like Women Empowerment, awareness on AIDS etc.

At the centre, Special education and vocational training is also given by experts to the marginalised

children.

Sanjeevani Social Welfare Society has completed 19 years of dedicated service to the needy,

deprived & marginalized children both in the Healthcare and Education Sectors.

It was once again, a year of hectic journey and as an organization it was our endeavor to make

greater meaningful role to all the stakeholders.

We express our sincere gratitude and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Moti Asnani, President- Morning Light

of Switzerland among many others and also to all those who helped and guided us to achieve this

height.

Ministry and Dr. Rita Bahuguna Joshi , State Minister for Women Welfare and Child Health

Life Changing History

of

Divyang Children

The child Reeshu, aged 03 Years, was suffering

from Right Leg deformity & was operated in

April 2018. His parents are very poor and not

able to bear the expense of treatment. Reeshu

has recovered completely now and has become

a normal child. He is more playful now than

before.

The child Jeet was suffering from both legs

deformity. He was operated in June 2018.

Now, he has completely recovered and lives

like a normal child doing all kinds of playful &

mischief.

Shanvi aged 06 years girl having CP, could not stand or walk on her own, she

had to be always supported by someone. After doing YOGA &

PHYSIOTHERAPY regularly, she has gradually improved. Now she can stand

and tries to walk on her own.

Zeenat aged 09 years; a blind girl with CP could

not stand by her own. There was no strength in

her legs. After doing YOGA & PHYSIOTHERAPY,

gradual improvement is seen, now she can stand

with little support.

Camps at different villages were held to promote Awareness for Personal Hygiene,

Sanitation and Medical Camps for Health checkup of the poor villagers

सोसाइटी के द्वारा ववमिन्य गावों में जाकर जागरूकता एव ं मेडिकल मिववर लगाकर गरीब लोगों को स्वछता , िौचालय का इस्तमाल करना तथा कुपोषण से बचने के बारे में बताया जाता है । जरूरतमदंों को दवाईयाँ िी बाटी जाती है ।

ACTIVITIES AT SOCIETY

सांजीवनी सोिल वेलफेयर सोसाइटी द्वारा आयोक्जत दिवयाांग बच्चों के साथ दहन्ि ू नववर्ष तथा होली शमलन समारोह मनाया गया । बच्चों ने गुलाल लगाकर और मालापषण करके अततथथयों का स्वागत ककया एवां भोजन का आनांि उठाया ।
