Giuseppe Sessa, Architetto e Designer, classe 1970, si laurea presso la facoltà di architettura di Firenze nel 2002 sotto la guida di Massimo Ruffilli e si forma con Remo Buti per quanto riguarda il design di interni. Ancora studente, apre il suo primo studio atelier.Si occupa di architettura, arredamento di interni e design industriale. Progetta le sue creazioni sperimentando sempre nuovi materiali e testando i prototipi di studio nella falegnameria di famiglia. Questa possibilità peculiare dello studio, rappresenta un ulteriore strumento per progettazione e sperimentazione, che dona la facolta’ di controllo ad ogni fase del processo creativo, dall’ideazione alla realizzazione.

Con la nuova collezione, Materia ed Essenza, l’architetto Giuseppe Sessa esprime un nuovo concetto di cucina. L’esigenza di creare una nuova collezione nasce da una valutazione attenta di come nuovi stili di vita, nuove esigenze e tendenze del vivere gli spazi abitativi pongano il mobile cucina in stretto contatto con l’ambiente che lo ospita. La cucina non deve essere più un arredo che soddisfi solo l’esigenza tecnica del cucinare fine a se stessa, ma un mobile che si integri e comunichi con lo spazio architettonico circostante. Materia eEssenza, i nuovi modelli nati in casa Vama, sono connotati da un forte carattere estetico espressivo grazie al Nanotech Matt Material trattato con resine acriliche per la prima ed al rivestimento in tranciato di legno di ultima generazione per la seconda. I due materiali di rivestimento possono essere applicati oltre che al mobile contenitore anche ad altri elementi architettonici, ottenendo così un effetto di completa continuità materica e cromatica fra mobile e architettura.Le nuove creazioni, promettono risultati interessanti ed innovativi e rispondono, da una parte alla volontà dell’architetto di concretizzare questo nuovo pensiero progettuale, e dall’altra, la volontà di Vama nel farsi trasportare in questa nuova esperienza di progetto, con la speranza di destare emozioni ed innovazioni nel mercato in cui opera.

Architect and Designer Giuseppe Sessa was born in 1970 and graduated from the faculty of architecture in Florence in 2002 with a dissertation on Industrial Design under the supervision of Massimo Ruffilli. His training in interior design is instead associated with the work with Remo Buti. When he was still a student he opened his first practice. He works in the field of architecture, interior design and industrial design. He designs his creations by constantly experimenting with new materials and testing prototypes in the family’s carpenter’s shop. This special opportunity of the firm is an additional tool to design and experiment and provides control over every stage of the creative process, from design to manufacturing.

With the new collection, Essenza and Materia, the architect expresses a new kitchen concept. His need to create a new kitchen stems from careful evaluation of how new lifestyles, new needs and trends associated with living in the house place kitchen furniture in close contact with the environment around it.Kitchens must no longer be interiors that only meet the technical need to cook for the sake of it, but furniture that blends in and interacts with the architectural space around it. Materia and Essenza, Vama’s latest models, have a strong aesthetic and expressive nature thanks to the Nanotech Matt material and its micro resins for the former and the innovative wood veneers for the latter. The two materials used for the panels can also be applied to the storage unit, as well as on the floor and walls, thereby creating full continuity in terms of materials and colours between the furniture and architecture.the new creations allow for interesting and innovative results and provide a solution for, on the one hand, the architect’s desire to turn this new design idea into reality and, on the other hand, Vama’s intention to be involved in this new project with the hope of creating an emotional response and innovations in the market it operates in.

45° con inserto di giunzione in alluminio. Ante in laminato Fenix con spessore 20 mm realizzate

con pannelli placcati e bordati abs. Figlio della più moderna nanotecnologia questo laminato è termo

riparabile. Con una bassa riflessione della luce la sua superficie è estremamente opaca, anti impronte digitali e piacevolmente soft touch. Completamente

priva di maniglie l’apertura delle ante avviene tramite i sistemi avanzati di push-pull e servo drive.

Il FENIX NTM è un materiale innovativo creato per l’interior design, adatto ad applicazioni sia verticali che orizzontali. La parte esteriore di FENIX NTM è ottenuta con l’ausilio di nanotecnologie ed è caratterizzata da una superificie trattata con resine acriliche di nuova generazione, indurite e fissate attraverso il processo Electron Beam Curing.Il lato interno è placcato con laminato in finitura opaca.

Ante bordate ABS abbinate a Top bordato unicolor.

FENIX NTM is an innovative interior design product suitable for both vertical and horizontal use. The external surface of FENIX NTM involves the use of nanotechnology and it is characterized by next generation acrylic resins, hardened and fixed with Electron Beam Curing process. The interior side is coated with a laminate matt material.
