1550 pazienti vengono randomizzate a essere trattate secondo la classificazione clinica (quindi a chemioterapia, n=542) oppure secondo la classificazione genomica (quindi senza chemioterapia, n=503)
MINDACT: analisi primaria
Dopo cinque anni, le donne ad alto rischio clinico e basso rischio genomico non trattate con chemioterapia adiuvante, presentano una sopravvivenza libera da metastasi del 94,7%, risultato che soddisfa l’obiettivo primario dello studio.
