Analyzethedatacontainedinthisreportcarefully.Congruencescoresforcategoryandforindividualitemswillsuggestareasofcontinuedstrengthandareasforfurtherstudy.Understandthatnearperfectcongruencemeansthatthevaluesrespondentsholdmatchthelevelofperformancetheschoolisdelivering-however,lookcloselyattherankedorderofimportancevs.performancetodetermineiftheseitemsarevaluedhighlyornotvaluedatall.Notethatitemsthathaveahighimportanceandahighperformancearelikelytobeareasofgreateststrengthfortheschoolthatcanbeleveragedtodescribeyourvaluenarrative.Itemsthathaveahighimportancebutalowperformanceshouldbestudiedforpossibleactionplans.Itemsthathavealowimportancebutahighperformancemaybeareaswhereresourcesarebeingexpendedunnecessarily.

SAISconductedseveralreliabilitytestsoverthecourseof14monthsleadinguptothereleaseofthesurveyinstrument.Responsesfromapilotgroupofschoolsweresubjectedtoanalysistoensurestatisticalreliabilityandallquestionsweresubjectedtofacevaliditytesting.Analysisshowsthatthesurveyinstrumenthasaveryhighdegreeofreliability.

Pages1-18comprisetheexecutivesummaryofyourreport.Thissectioncontainshighleveldemographics,ananalysisofcategories,andvariousstakeholdercomparisontables.Followingthissectionaretheappendices,whichfollowasimilarformatandshowdetailedinformationforallstakeholders,parents,students,faculty,trustees,andalumni(ifyoudidnotsurveyagroup,thentherewillnotbeareportforthatgroup).Withineachappendixyouwillfinddetaileddemographics,categoryanalysis,individualitemanalysis,netpromoteranalysis,andrelevantsubgroupswithinastakeholdergroup.Attheendofthereport,youwillfindnarrativecommentaryorganizedbystakeholdergroupandthenbynetpromoterscore.Thesecommentsweresolicitedattheendofthesurveyinresponsetothequestion-whydidyougivetheschooltherankyoudid(relativetothepreviousquestion-onascaleof1to10,howlikelyareyoutorecommendtheschooltocolleaguesorfriends-thisistheNetPromoterquestiondescribedonthenextpage).

Thepurposeofgivingthesurveyagainistoreliablydeterminetheimpactandeffectivenessthatstrategiesandactionstheschoolhastakenhaveonchangingperceptionsofperformance.Whileimportancescoresoftherespondentswillunlikelychange,theperformancescores(andthereforethecongruencyvalues)couldchangeasadirectresultofactionstheschoolhasimplemented.Youmaythereforewishtoadministerthesurveyannually,everyotheryear,oreverythirdyear.

Individualresponseswereconvertedtonumericalvalues,meanswerecalculatedandacomparisonofthemeanofImportanceandmeanofPerformanceyieldedaCongruenceCoefficient.TheCongruenceCoefficientisanumberthatletsyouknowhowclosetheexpectationsofyourstakeholdersaretotheirperceptionofyourdeliveryofthevariousvariables.
