Luggage easyJet have a STRICT baggage allowance

Luggage Allowance: x1 ‘normal sized’ suitcase (max. 20KG) for the airplane luggage compartment x1 very small soft bag for inside coach (max. size 50 x 40 x 20cm including handles and

wheels).

Pupils must adhere to this otherwise extra charges may be incurred

Any pupil who exceeds this allowance will be asked to remove items / leave extra behind BEFORE WE SET OFF!

Medication

Pupils to keep their own ‘everyday’ medication (inhaler, paracetamol, travel sickness, allergy medication) and administer themselves as and when it is needed

Money / Personal effects

Don’t take too much money (all meals are provided as part of the skiing holiday)

Breakfast, packed lunch, evening meal all included Pupils may wish to buy lunch ‘on the slopes’ but a substantial packed lunch

is provided by the hotel GBP Sterling – small amount (perhaps £ ?) for coach stops to / from Dover CHF Swiss Francs – small amount (your choice!? Perhaps ?? CHF??) for

other snacks or gifts etc. whilst in skiing resort Euro – small amount for travel through the ‘Eurozone’ (€ ????) Pupils are responsible for their own money Pupils are responsible for their own equipment (PSP’s, iPod’s, other etc)

‘Remote’ supervision

Do you give your permission to allow your child ‘remote’ supervision: After skiing – pupils allowed 30 mins. (ish) to

leave hotel and visit (the only) small convenience store (chocolate, crisps etc)

Staff on duty at specified point (hotel foyer / entrance)

Please indicate now / at the end of this meeting if you wish your child NOT to have this privilege

Expectations

For a SAFE, ENJOYABLE ski trip: Best behaviour always - you are representing

yourself, your parents, your school, your teachers and your country

Follow teacher requests always Do not ‘wander off’ at anytime – always speak

to a teacher beforehand

No alcohol consumption at any time during the 8-day trip

Remember

This is a ‘school trip’ – with teachers and not your parents

Therefore, any request or instruction from any teacher must be followed for your safety

The teachers are giving up their own personal time to take you skiing

Please respect yourself, your peers and your teachers

Payment

Please may we remind all skiers that the deadline for payment is 1st December 2013.

This deadline is stipulated by The Ski Company.
