semester • There are 8 periods in the day – If you have 8th hour study hall, a parent can
sign a wavier to let you out early day if your GPA is above 2.5
– If you have early bird, last period is 7th

• Café V is part of the Culinary Arts Program at Valley High School
• Lunch will be served from 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. most Fridays
• Currently, there are 13 students enrolled in the Culinary Arts class and they will perform all duties related to the operation of the café – purchasing, cooking, managing, serving and clean-up
• Each student will receive eight college credits upon completion (DMACC)
• The café can seat 30 to 35 people and meals will cost $8.00. A typical meal consists of an appetizer/salad, a main dish and a dessert. Ice tea, lemonade, water and coffee are the available beverages. Take-out meals will also be available.
