Transient Stability Enhancement of Power System using MPC based TCSC Controller

As transient stability is very crucial issue, the objective is to enhance transient stability and
provide damping to power system oscillation with TCSC (Tyristor Controlled Series Capacitor)
on transmission line using MPC (Model Predictive Control) based Controller in MatLab
Simulink.
Design of Test Bench for Photovoltaic System B.E.-2012
Developed a hardware circuit which determines I-V & P-V characteristics of PV Module. It has
boost-buck converter as electronic load (variable resistance) and microcontroller for varying duty
cycle of converter.
