Background

Thisproprietarypaperconcernswhatappearstobeoneofthemostremarkableenergyinventions

ofalltime.TheinventorisaretiredprofessionalfromoneofthemajorU.Scompanies,andis

recognizedasanexpertinhisfield.Theinventionisaunifiedfielddeviceandcombinesboth

electromagneticandgravitationaleffectsinthesameunit.Thedeviceservesasagateorswitching

deviceforpolarizedvacuumenergy.Foraminisculepowerinput(onemilliwatt),theunitproduces

over200wattsofoutput(inrecentexperiments,over500watts)intheactualloaditself againof

some200,000.Sincethisissteadystate,thedeviceproducesanenergygainof200,000aswell,and

iscorrectly,anenergyamplifier.

Whileitissimpletoseeanddemonstratewhattheinventor'sdevicedoes,itisonlybymeansofa

combinationofadvancedconceptsfromscalarelectromagnetic'sandforefrontphysicsthatonecan

comprehendthepossiblephysicalmechanismbywhichthedeviceworks.

Duetohisageandhealthproblems,theinventorhasauthorizedmetodiscreetlyapproachselected

potentialfinancialbackers.Thispaperisbeingreleasedtoyouunderaprivacyagreementandmust

notbefurtherdistributedexcepttotheprincipalswediscussedpreviously.

BrieftechnicalDescription

Briefly,theinventorhasdevelopedaprocesstomakeasortofsolidstatevacuumtriodeamplifierto

taptheinexhaustiblerawenergyofthevacuum.Hehasconstructedasmall(4"x6"x6"orso)solid

stateunit,withnomovingparts,whichproduces"free"energyfromthevacuumitself.Upto1,000

wattsof,powerhasbeenobtainedinactualtests,usingonlyaminisculepowerinput.Theenergy

producedisnegativeenergy,sincequantummechanicallyitcomesviathepositivelychargedatomic

nuclei.(Ournormalenergyispositive,becausequantummechanicallyitcomesviaphoton

interactionswiththenegativelychargedelectronshellsoftheatoms.)

Quantummechanically,ifoneproducesnegativeenergy,onemustatthesametimeproducesome

negativetimethiscaneasilybeseenbyobservingthesignsofthetwocanonicalvariablesinthe

actionquantumbeingproducedinthechangeprocessthatyieldstheenergy:

Thusifincrementsofordinarypositiveenergyareproduced,thenordinarypositiveincrementsof

timearecontinuallyproduced.Inthatcase,the"flowoftime"associatedwiththesephysical

changesisnormalor"positive."Quantummechanically,theexchangeofphotonswiththeelectron

shellsofatomsisubiquitous,andlargelyaccountsfortheproductionofpositiveenergychangesin

materialsandtheuniverse,andtheexistenceofpositiveflowoftime.Wepointoutthat,in,the

positiveflowoftimegravityisanattraction.Thusalmostallmaterialsintheuniverseexhibit

ordinaryattractivegravitation.Inaddition,inpositivetimetheconservationlawsandthelawof

entropyrigorouslyapply.Freeenergycannotbeobtainedinaclosedsystemexperiencingonly

positivetimeflow,andoperationsinsuchaclosedsystemtendinevitablytodisorder.Anyphysical

deviceexistingtotallyinpositivetimethusmustexhibitanenergyconversionefficiencyoflessthan

100%betweeninputandoutput.

Ontheotherhand,inquantumchangehcanstillbepositiveif

Ascanbeseen,iftheactionquantaarecontinuallysplitthisway,thenincrementsofnegative

energyarecontinuallyproduced.Asabyproduct,continualincrementsofnegativetimearealso

produced.Inasystem,theseincrementsofnegativetimeareinadditiontothepositivetime

incrementsalreadybeingnormallyproducedbythematterofthematerialsinthesystem.Soany

devicethatperformsoperationsinvolvingthistypeofsplittingofthequantawillinevitablyproduce

someincrementsofnegativeenergyandnegativetime,mixedinwiththenormalpositive

energy/positivetime,incrementsitproducesinits,normalmaterialinteractions,Suchasystem

altersitstimeflow,inthesensethatafractionofitsoveralltimeflowisnownegative.The

inventor'sremarkabledeviceproducesjustsuchaneffect.

Wepointoutthat,innegativetime,gravityisarepulsion,notanattraction.Thusanydevicethatproducesappreciable'negativeenergymustalsoofnecessityproduceanantigravityeffect.Asmore

loadisaddedmorenegativeenergyisproduced,andaccordinglythedevicegetslighterastheload

isincreased.At1,000watts,forexample,the6lb.prototypedevicepresentlylosesmorethanhalf

itsweight.Ifevengreaterloadwereapplied,thedevicemayverywelllevitateandaccelerate

upward.Forsafetyreasons,thishasnotbeendone.Suchfulluptestsmustwaituntilcontrolled

facilitiesareavailable.

Intheatomicnucleiofthematerialsthatconstitutethedevice,negativeenergycomesdirectlyfrom

thevacuum'svirtualparticleexchangewiththenucleons,althoughabsolutelynoradioactive

materialisemployed.(IamanuclearengineerandIcanassurethatthisunithasnothingtodowith

ordinarynucleardevicesorradioactivematerials.)Theunitisdeceptivelysimpleinappearance,but

extremelyadvancedinitstechnologicaloperation.Atthistime,aconceptualmodelofitsoperation

hasbeenconstructedandisavailable.Thenecessaryphysicstheorytodescribeitisstilljustbeyond

theforefrontofpresentphysics,thoughitcanbedirectlyforeseen.

Feverishworkonthetheoreticalmodeliscontinuing,andverytherecentlyexcitingbreakthroughs

havebeenmade.webelievethat95%oftheinitialtheoreticalmodelisnowavailable,withthe

majorityofitprovenonthelaboratorybench.Thisbasbeenmyowncontributiontotheeffort.

Iamfascinatedwiththeunitbecause,inonesimpledevice/experiment,theinventorhasproven

everythingI'vebeenworkingonfor22years.Wheneventuallyreleased,Ibelieveitwillimmediately

turnoverallthephysicsoftheWesternworld.Thereasonsare:(1)Itcaneasilybebuilt.It'scheap

andusesordinarypartsandmaterials.Thetotalcostofmaterialsinthedemonstrationprototypeis

intheneighbourhoodofafewhundreddollarsandonlyafewhoursarerequiredtobuilditusing

simpletoolsandtestinstruments.(2)Testresultsaredecisiveandunequivocal.Energygainsof

200,000to500,000ormoredonotrequiresubtlemeasurementstoascertainoverunityefficiency!

(3)Thedeviceproducesalocallycurvedspacetime,whichviolatesoneofEinstein'sassumptionsby

whichhelimitedgeneralrelativity.Heassumedthatthelocalframewasnevercurved,hencethe

conservationlawswouldbesaved.Tothisday,thisassumptionhascontinuedtoberigorously

prorated(andenforced!)inwesternuniversities,scientificjournals,andscientificlaboratories.

Interestingly,Sovietphysicistsdonotrecognizeanysuchlimitationongeneralrelativity.Soviet

journalsregularlypublishpapersinunrestrictedgeneralrelativitywherethelocalframeiscurved

andconservationlawsdonotneedtobeobeyed.Thisincludes,ofcourse,violationofthe

conservationofenergylaw.TheSovietunrestrictedgeneralrelativityincludinglocalcurvatureof

spacetimeandviolationoftheconservationofenergylaw,istrueandhasnowbeenphysically

demonstratedinthelaboratorybythisdevice.

Ifnegativetimeseemsuncomfortable,rememberthattheDiractheoryoftheelectrondoesnot

predictapositron,asisusuallyclaimed.Instead,itpredictsanelectrontravellingbackwardintime,

whichwewouldonlybeabletoobserveasanopposite(positive)chargegoing,forwardintime.In

otherwords,theassociationofnegativetimewithwhatweobserveaspositivechargealreadyhasa

strongtheoreticalbasisinthe'literature.Onewaytoregardanyantiparticle'isthatit'ssimplythe

basiccounterpartparticlegoingbackwardintime inotherwords,existinginnegativetime.

Ifnegativeenergyseemsuncomfortable,recallthatinsolidstatephysics(inthefundamentalDirac

theory)itisnecessarytoassumethatthevacuumisalreadyfilledwithelectronsinnegativeenergy

states.That'scalledthe"Diracsea."Inanuncurvedlocalvacuum,oneofthesenegativeenergy

electronscanonly'beattainedbyaddingenergy(a"diode"effect:You,mustputinwhatyouget

out,soenergy,ofthesystemisconserved.)However,ifthelocalvacuumisfirstcurved

(unrestricted,localgeneralrelativity),thenonecanhavethesenegativeenergyelectronsunder

pressuretojustcomepouringout.Inthatcase,thelocalvacuumisinan"excitedstate"and

becomesapressurizedsourceofnegativeenergy/negativetime,justwaitingtobe"tickled"open.If

wenowputalittleopeningintothepressurizedregionanda,"gate"'switchonthepressure,sothat

wecanswitchopenandshutthegate,wecan"switch,"pulsesoroscillationsofnegative

energy/negativetimedirectlyoutofthe"pressurized"area.Allweneedthenisa"collectionplate"

tocollect,thegatednegativeenergy/negativetimepulsesandcircuitrytoconductthepowertothe

load.

Asavacuumtriode,thisdevicecreatesjustsuchalocalpressuresource(i.e.,avacuumcathode)andaspecialkindofdevicefora"collectionplate."Itaddsa"vacuumgrid"'todoexactlythenecessary

kindofgating/switching.Asatriode,itexhibitsveryhighgainwheninoperation.Forexample,when

a60Hertzsinewaveofonemilliwattpowerisinputtoitsgrid,thetriodeputsoutover200wattsof

'power(presently500watts)intoaloadofstandard100wattbulbs.Twohundredwatts(presently

500watts)'ofheatandlightareconstantlyradiatedoutoftheload,yetthepowerinputtothe

deviceisonly1milliiwatt. Thatisapoweramplificationfactorof200,000(presently500,OCO).Since

conditionsaresteadystate,thetimeintegralsofinputandoutputpowerarestraightlinestherefore

anenergygainofover200,000 (presently500,000)isalsoproducedbythedevice.Notethatthisis

accomplishedattheprecisepowerlinefrequencyalreadyusedinthecommercialandresidential

sectorsintheUnitedStates.

Producingmorepowerissimplyamatterofconnectingupmorelampsinparallel.Thedevicehasa

builtinpositivefeedbackcontrolloopsothatits"gain"isdirectlyproportionaltoitsexternalload,

uptosomeultimatelimitingthreshold.Thusonlythesamemilliwattinputisrequiredtopowerthe

loadatahigherpowerlevel.Thatis,withinalimitingthreshold,thegainofthetriodeisalinear

functionoftheloadbeingpowered.(Thepreliminarytheoreticalmodelforthiseffecthasalsobeen

constructed.).!orexample,anelectricmotorhasalsobeenconnectedwhilethelampswere

illuminated,andthemotorrunsunderloadwithoutanydecreaseinbrightnessofthelamps.Wehavedeliberatelynotyetexploredtheupperthresholdofthepowerlimitbecauseofpossiblesafety

considerations.Sincenegativeenergyisproducedintheoutput.allwiresandcircuitsleadingtothe

loadruncool.Intheload.however,gravitostrictionintheresistivefilamentsofthelamps,converts

(translates)thenegativeenergytopositiveenergy,andsothelampsheatnormally,andrealheat

andlightareradiatedaway.

RemarksonR&D

Severaldemonstration,prototypedeviceshavebeenfabricatedveryeconomicallybytheinventor.

Ofcourseacommercialpowerunitstillrequiresthenecessarydevelopment,frequencycontrols,

safetyfeaturesetc.andwouldbemoreexpensive.Thedevelopmentrequiredtoproducea

commercialunitappearstobestraightforward.sincewearetalkingofascaleupofonlyabouta

little

over

one

magnitude.

The

only

unique

feature

is

that

a

fairly,

extensive

series

of

phenomenologyexperimentsmust be:rapidlyconductedtospecifythephysicalphenomenaand

theirbehaviour.Fromthesephenomenologyexperiments,mathematicalmodelscanthenbe

constructedasisstandardresearchanddevelopmentprocedure.(Wehavesucceededin

constructingthepreliminarymathmodelfromeffectsandexperimentsalreadyprovenandreported

intheobscurescientificliterature,sothisworkcangorapidly.).Oncethefinalmathmodelsare

availableandproven,anappliedengineeringtheoryistheninbeing.

Equipmentcanthen'bedesignedandbuiltaccordingtostandardengineeringpractice.Thatis;one

specifiestheindividualcase,whichfixestheboundaryconditionsdesireduponthegeneral

equations.Applyingtheboundaryconditionsyieldsspecificequationsthatdescribetheoperation

withinthespecialdesigncasedesired.Solvingthesespecificequations eitherclosedsolutionor

numerically producesthedesireddesignsolutions.

Thefirstcommercialunitenvisionedistobeahomepowerunit.Becauseoftheverysmallscaleup

requiredandthebreakthroughinthetheoreticalrealm.wenowenvisiondevelopmentofthisunit

tobeessentiallystraightforward.Moreextensivefollowonprogramswillextendthescaleup

eventuallyleadingtofullscalemegawattandmultimegawattpowerunitscapableoffeedingpower

directlyintotheelectricalpowergrid.

Ingeneral,tofeedtheelectricalpowerlinegrid,someconsiderationsareinorder.Ifonemixes

negativeenergywithpositiveenergyinthetransmissionsystem,thetwoenergiessimplycancel

eachotherinequalamounts.Sonegative,energywouldnotbe directlyintroducedintothepower

line.Instead,oneenvisionsutilizingadynamotorconcept.Thenegativeenergywouldbeusedto

turnanelectricmotor,whoseshaftdrivesanormalpositiveenergygeneratorfeedingnormal

electricalpower

into

the

line.

In

this

way,

cancellation

of

energy

does

not

occur.

As

research

continues,ofcourse,eventhis"dynamotorconversion"(translation)ofnegativeenergytopositive

energymayprovetobepossibleinasolidstatefashion.

Applications

Thebasicapproachleadstoaratherstaggeringarrayoftechnicalapplications.Tomentionafew:

Powersystems,antigravityships(oneshouldbeabletodevelopapracticalspaceshipprototypein3

4years),medicalapplications(negativeenergyisusedbythebiologicalsysteminitsvitalprocesses,

andparticularlyinmaintainingitsimmunesystem),chemicalapplications,avastarrayof

applicationswherethenucleusisengineered(suchascheapandsimpletransmutationofelements),

andextensiveapplicationtocleaningupandrefurbishingourenvironment(growthandhealthof

plants

can

be

invigorated;

foods

can

be

supercharged

with

healthful

"negative

energy";

wastes

and

poisonscanbeneutralized,whethertheyarenuclearwastesorchemicalcontaminantsetc.For

example,itmayevenprovepossibletoatleastpartiallyreversetheagingprocessofthebody.

MedicalsciencewillundergoarevolutionforexamplethePrioredevice,whichwasbuiltbythe

Frenchgovernmentandpositivelyshowntocurecancersandleukaemia'salmost100%inlab

animals,wasactuallyascalarEMdeviceusingsimilarprinciples.)

Inshort,Ibelievewehavebenchproofthat"thenewscienceisnotonlypossible,buthere.Withthe

properresearchfacilityandteam(carefullyhandpicked),development,marketingandutilization

canberapid.Iamconfidentthatthefirstpracticalpowerunit sayahomepowerunitofsome10

to15kilowattcapacity canbedevelopedin18months.Ibelievethatademonstrationprototypeof

anadvancedflyingvehiclemaybepossibleinaboutdoublethatdevelopmenttime.Medical,

chemical,andnuclearapplicationshavesimilardevelopmenttimesforthefirstcommercial

products.

StatusoftheProject

Weareproceedingverycarefullyandcautiously,andwearetakinggreatpainstoinsurethatno

erroneousclaimsormisrepresentationsaremade.Therearepresentlyfourpersonsdirectlyinvolved

intheproject.TheinventorIshealthisunderstandablyacontinuingconcern.Hehasaheart

conditionandrecentlyunderwentanoperationtoremovethelensofoneeyeandreplaceit.The

lensintheothereyewillhavetoalsobereplacedinthefuture,inasecondoperation.Heisonly

nowsufficientlyrecoveredfromthefirstoperationforustoproceed.

Weexpecttobeabletodemonstratethedevicetoselectedpartiesinabout30days.

Inthesefuturedemonstrations,weplantolimitthenumberofpersonstotwoorthreeReasonable

nondestructivetestingmaybeperformedasherepresentativeswish.Twotypesofdemonstrations

willbeheld:(1)apreliminarydemonstrationwheretheunitissealedanditsinternalconstruction

(i.e. thegridconstruction)cannotbeseenandexamined,and(2)afulldemonstrationwhereall

internalconstruction(i.e.thegridconstruction)canbeseenandexamined.Inthesecond

demonstration,itcanclearlybeproventhat,therearenohiddenpartsofthedevice.Thereareno

"blackboxes"hiddenwires,nearbyinductivecoils,etc.Inbothdemonstrationsweexpectto

demonstrateconclusivelythat.withastandard60Hertzsinewaveinputofamilliwattorso,a60

Hertzoutputof200wattsormore(presently500watts)willbeproducedbythedevice.Further,we

willdemonstratethatbothordinaryelectricallampsandelectricmotorscanreadilybepowered.

Tentatively,ourtermsofagreementwiththeinventorrequirethatwedemonstrateinthebefore

mentionedtwofashions:(1)Totheselectedprincipalandhisparty,afreedemonstrationwillbe

givenwherethe,unitissealed.Wewillconclusivelydemonstratethepowerandenergygain

lightinglightbulbsbrilliantly,runningaelectricmotor,etc.Theobserversmayfreelytesttheinput

andoutput,examinetheircharacteristics,etcHowever,theywillnotbepermittedtoseethe

internalconstructionofthemachineWhichwouldrevealthe"vacuumgrid"construction.Asimple

nondisclosureagreementwiththeprincipalisrequiredtobeSignedbeforethisdemonstrationis

given.(2)Aseconddemonstrationwillbeavailableifthe'principalwishestoexamineallinternal

partsofthedevicewhileitisoperatingandwhileitisnotoperating.Majorprincipalswillbeaskedto

placeasubstantialsumofmoneyinescrow,iftheywishtoseeandexaminetheseinternal.

constructiondetailsofthedevice,Wearepresentlythinkingof$50.000to$100,000astheescrow

amount.,Thisistoinsurethatonlytrulyinterestedprincipalsseriouslycontemplatinginvestment

shallseetheinternalgridconstructionofthedevice.Afullnondisclosureagreementis,also

requiredwiththeprincipalbeforethisdemonstrationisgiven.

Ifaprincipalplacestherequiredsuminescrowandseesandexaminestheinternalconstructionof

thedevice,thenoneoftwothingswillhappenwiththeescrowfunds:(1)Ittheprincipalentersinto

afinancialagreementwiththepresentparties,thentheescrowamountwillberefundedtohim.(2)

Iftheprincipaldoesnotenterintoafinancialagreementwiththepresentparties,thentheescrow

amountwillbeforfeitedandretainedbythepresentpartiesrepresentingtheinventor'sinterests.In

thatcasetheprincipalwillbeawareofthefullinternalconstructionofthedeviceandallitsparts,

butwillremainboundtosilencebyhisnondisclosureagreement.

IntheinterimIhavebeenfeverishlyresearchingtheobscurescientificliteratureandmyownscalar

EMconcepts,toaugmenttheconceptualmodelandprovideatheoreticalmodelfortheoperation

ofthedeviceanditsbasicmechanism.Thisefforthasbeenlargelysuccessful,andareal

breakthroughinthemathematicaltheoryhasemerged.Ifeelwenowunderstandthemechanism

andprocessquitereasonablywell,andthatourdevelopmentprogramwillbemateriallyeasedby

thissubstantialsuccess.
