Oak water is a superbly situated resort, just 2 miles from Walt Disney World in Orlando, and is set to become one of the premier vacation resorts in the Kissimmee area. It will certainly be one of the most popular, and it is easy to see why.

The question we are asked the most is, 'how far is this home from Disney World?'. With Oak water the answer is simple; it is the closest to Disney there is, period. The amenities are a major plus here too and include a beautiful heated community pool, a games room and fitness center, a clubhouse featuring free Wi-Fi.

With tennis courts already in place, a basketball court and a sand volleyball court, Oak water Resort does have it all, yet it remains surprisingly quiet. The resort is full of some of the nicest vacation condos and town homes you could ever wish to see.

Oakwater Resort, in addition to being so close to Disney World, is also very close to all the other major theme parks and attractions, just 20 minutes from Universal Studios, 15 minutes from Sea World and an hour away from the world famous Kennedy Space Center. There are several great golf courses very close to Oakwater, and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

A fully air conditioned 3 bedroom condo, with 2 bathrooms; this home is extremely well furnished with your comfort in mind.

The bedrooms consist of a Master with a King size bed and full en-suite facilities, another Queen Size bedroom and a very practical twin room, with a bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top. These 2 rooms share a full bathroom. Each bedroom has a wall mounted flat screen television.

Other features of this great condo include a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and separate dining area. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Another major plus for a condo is that this home also enjoys a single car garage!

The main living area also boasts a 50 inch flat screen television, with a DVD player!

The room has a large sofa and chair, and is nicely decorated that offers a stylish and relaxing appearance.

This home enjoys high-speed WIRELESS internet access, which is offered free of charge. An ethernet cable is provided for those computers that do not have wireless capability.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and telephone.
