Trailer Shot List (In Order of appearance)

1. Fade from black to production titles. The titles are de-saturated and grainyand occur as the sound track features the crackling of the vinyl record.2. Reflective Media

3. Red moon Pictures4. Long shot of record player on a small table at the end of a small hallway. Thecamera tracks/zooms forward slightly.5. C lose-up of the record player’s stylist on the spinning vinyl. Sound bridge of cutlery sounds.6. Camera is positioned above the dinner table. Closest to the camera is Garywho has his back to the camera and is out of focus. His son, James, is atmedium shot distance at the other side of the table. The focus pulls from the sonto the father as the father turns his head and asks ‘What’s that?’ referring to themusic playing from the gramophone. A quick flicker of the lights occurs in thisshot.

7. Close-up reaction shot of the father mid-way through turning his head fromthe last shot and looking just above the viewpoint of the camera. (Do we wantan eye line match?)8. Aerial shot of the two characters at the table with the flickering light bulb inview.9. Quick reaction shot (Close up) of James before the room plunges intodarkness as the lights finally go out.10. Pitch Black. Gary tells his son to stay where he is. Sounds of the fathermoving around the kitchen (footsteps; moving chairs; draws opening etc.)11. Low angle medium close up of the father as he turns the torch on andilluminates the area around him slightly. He starts to lift the torch before the

next shot.12. Medium shot of the father as he turns around to face the dining table andpoints the torch towards the dining table.13. Point of view shot where the torch is lighting the son’s chair up which isempty.14. Close up of the father’s face, demonstrating his reaction. He starts to moveout of shot. The shot fades to black when he moves out of shot and bridgessounds of footsteps on floorboards.(The father calls his son’s name, and this audio bridges over the next couple of shots.)Text 1: A house consumed by evil

15. Fades from black to a close up of Gary’s feet stepping across floorboards.Fade to black.Text 2: will torment two lives16. Fades from black to a shot of a door from within a dark room; Gary and historch peers around the door making this a medium shot. The torch gets pointeddirectly at the camera and causes a lens flare. Fades to black.Text 3: and bury them17. Fades from black to a low angle long shot of Gary’s back as he walks slowlydown the hallway (almost from the point of view of the son). The son steps intoshot, his back obscuring the view. The son says “Daddy, I’m scared.” 18. Medium close-up shot from behind the father as he turns around and startsto point the torch towards the direction of the camera.19. Point of View shot of the father lifting the torch to his son’s face to reveal anunearthly face (Orchestral swell and sharp dramatic audio). The Light falls from

the son’s face as the Dad drops the torch. The screen goes pitch black and goessilent.(Small instrumental Crescendo continues)Dialogue as screen is black:

“Are you scared Daddy?”

“No. Everything’s fine. I’m fine.” 20. Lights back up with father and son in an embracing hug. Over-the-shouldershot of the father’s face reveals that he has entered an anxious state. Dialoguefrom father “Everything will be OK”
