Responsabilitati:

Identifică, verifică şi utilizează SDV-urile şi echipamentele, în vederea realizării de îmbinări sudate, în funcţie de procedeul de sudură ales şi specificaţiile tehnologiei de sudare – WPS indicate în documentaţia tehnologică si WPQR;

Studierea documentatiei specifice si pregătirea operaţiei de sudură în funcţie de specificul ansamblului ce trebuie realizat;

Manipularea şi transportul semifabricatelor, al reperelor realizate, si al buteliilor de Argon etc., în condiţii de siguranţă, cu respectarea procedurilor specifice;

Reglarea parametrilor de functionare a echipamentului de sudura pentru realizarea cerintelor impuse prin documentatiei de executie;

Verificarea si pregatirea componentelor pentru a fi sudate;

Examinarea produsului finit si verificarea conformitatii cu specificatiile tehnice;

Indepartarea stropilor si curatarea cordonului de sudura folosind sculele din dotare.

Cerinte: Bune cunostinte toretice si practice de sudura TIG si MIG/MAG;

3 ani de experienta, minimum un an ca si sudor , folosind materiale ca si otel inoxidabil si otel carbon;

Experienta in utilizarea documentatiei tehnice si de control necesară în activitatea curentă;

• Pregateste componentele ce urmeaza a fi asamblate in conformitate cu instructiunile de lucru si comanda de productie. • Asambleaza mecanic produsele in conformitate cu instructiunile de lucru/desene tehnice. • Testeaza produsele finite si completeaza datele referitoare la rezultatele testelor intr-un raport standard. • Raporteaza problemele aparute in timpul productiei catre supervizorul direct. • Efectueaza si mentine curatenia la postul de lucru. Cerinte: • Experienta de minimum 6 luni in asamblare/montaj sau in mediu de productie. • Experienta in utilizarea sculelor de mana si a standurilor de testare. • Capacitatea de a intocmi rapoarte tehnice simple (nr. componente defecte, tipuri de defecte, etc.) si de a interpreta date de pe desene tehnice. • Disponibilitate de munca la program de 8 ore, in doua schimburi (minim 18 ani pentru program de munca in doua schimburi conform legii).


PROGRAMATOR CNC / FREZOR MFG, EIA, APPLETON


Responsabilitati:

Creeaza si editeaza programele CNC pentru obtinerea informatiilor optime;

Pregateste piesele ce urmeaza a fi prelucrate in conformitate cu instructiunile de lucru si planul de prelucrare;

Inspectia sculelor aschietoare pentru mentinerea calitatii si duratei de viata;

Gestioneaza si informeaza supervizorul direct despre starea stocului de scule si consumabile necesare functionarii masinii CNC;

Verifica metrologic produsele dupa prelucrare;

Raporteaza problemele aparute in timpul productiei catre supervizorul direct;

Realizeaza intretinerea si curatenia zilnica a echipamentelor folosite;

Respecta procedurile si prevederile Sistemului de Management al Calitatii;

Colaboreaza cu inginerul de productie la imbunatatirea procesului de productie.

Isi desfasoara activitatea pe oricare linie de productie, corespunzator cu nevoile de productie si in conformitate cu matricea de competente aprobata;

Pregateste componentele ce urmeaza a fi asamblate in conformitate cu instructiunile de lucru si comanda de productie;

Asambleaza si testeaza produsele in conformitate cu instructiunile de lucru, introduce datele aferente in sistemul informatic;

Identifica produsele neconforme pe linia de fabricatie si emite fisele de neconformitate utilizand sistemul informatic;
