The Auto Dealership Valuation Services Group ensures that an experienced auto dealership valuation professional is responsible for each assignment.
Our ExpertiseCBRE Valuation & Advisory Services has had vast experience with the valuation of auto dealerships including working for the Chrysler Dealership Group; Ford and Ford Credit; General Motors and GMAC; as well as Volkswagen, Nissan and BMW on the corporate level. In additional we have done internal work for several large dealership groups including Penske Automotive. From a mortgage standpoint we have worked on several larger portfolios and single asset valuations for numerous financial institutions throughout the United States. • All CBRE valuation reports are reviewed by the Managing Director or Senior Managing Director for the region, all of whom hold the MAI designation.
