After the investigation conducted by the Tuba PNP, an ALFAbus with plate no. AFB 769 on board the studentsdescending towards Metro Manila accidentally bumped theupcoming trailer truck with tractor head plate no. WBJ 581.The ALFA bus is driven by Mr Roger Abayalde Cuyo.The bus carried thirty (30) Tourism students of MarinduqueState College, including two (2) teachers, two (2) tourGuides and Three (3) drivers.The Trailer Truck with Tractor Head with plate no. WBJ 581,

owned by HAVI FOOD SERVICE PHIL., lnc. carried two (2)heloers and one (1) driver.

LGU's of Tuba and Baguio City. Deployed all available responders in their AOR to assist in

emergency operation.. Baguio City Opcen facilitated the coordination work to

Benguet State University (BSU) to accommodate incomingparties from MSC since all hotels and lnns are fully bookeddue to Panagbenga Festival Celebration.

o Baguio City Opcen maintains close coordination with theincoming parties as they are expected to arrive in BaguioCity after 14 hours from the ETD of zPM -022213 al Boac,Marinduque.

OCD.CAR. OlC, OCD-CAR conducted site inspection and assisted in

the facilitation of lncident Command System duringemergency response.

. OCD-CAR on RED Alert Status to closely monitor progressreports on this matter and support the monitoring activity ofBaguio City for the Panagbenga or Baguio Flower Festival.

o Through OCD-CAR information board, disseminated safetytravel tips, weather advisories and road status to allcontacts for the general safety of the region.

o Assisted in the coordination and deployment of respondersduring the emergency response phase

o Coordinated with concerned agencies- Baguio CDRRMC,TUBA and Baguio City LGUs, and DOH-CAR for theiractions taken and updated information.
