CycleA non-choreographed cycle class to upbeat music that will burn unwanted calories and tone the body.
Exer-heartbeat CircuitA low to moderate intensity workout combining cardio and resistance training targeting those with heart conditions, diabetes, obesity and general health concerns - medical practitioner clearance advisable.
FitkidsDesigned for 5-12year olds, this program is all about having FUN whilst developing FITNESS. There will never be a dull moment as kids enjoy a wide variety of training methods including sessions in the circuit area, outdoor activities and even the pool. FREE for any child who has a parent/guardian with an active membership.
GRIT - a Les Mills classGRIT™ is the new 30min HIIT training workout. Using different training themes designed to take your fitness to the next level and improve your athletic ability.GRIT Cardio is a high-impact cardio workout combining high impact body weight exercises which uses no equipment.GRIT™ Strength is designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.*Not recommended for participants with serious medical conditions, injuries or pregnancy.

Freestyle AerobicsA cardio and strength exercise class involving some power walking/running and hand weights.
Functional TrainingImprove your strength, body awareness, and core stability with Functional Training. A class designed to train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. This class uses a variety of training tools that may include TRX, Medicine Balls, Swiss Balls and Free Weight Exercises.
Lite PaceA low to moderate intensity aerobic workout with hand weights, step and cross training that will improve body strength, balance, rhythm, coordination and endurance. Class duration varies from 45-60 min.
RPM - a Les Mills classA cycling workout designed to improve aerobic capacity and strength that will burn calories and tone the body.
Seniors BodyBarA low impact workout designed to give a complete body workout through a series of exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
Walking in WaterExercises in shallow and middle depth water for those with arthritis and other joint impairments - helps improve balance and strength.

Active Seniors AquarobicsGentle water exercises and swimming with flippers in shallow and middle depth water - the varied exercises provide a non-strenuous all-round workout.
Active Seniors CircuitA series of cardio, strength and balance exercise stations with varying intensity options.
AquarobicsExercises in water - a great way to improve fitness and burn unwanted calories as the water environment reduces impact on the body and improves muscle strength.
BodyBalance - a Les Mills classA mix of yoga, pilates and tai chi set to music. An awesome mind and body workout. Fantastic for toning, strength and flexibility.BodyCombat - a Les Mills classA low impact, fat burning class inspired by martial arts incorporating karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.
BodyPump - a Les Mills classA low impact weights based class designed to improve muscle tone and body shape. It won’t happen overnight but it will happen! An easy to follow time efficient workout that gets fast results.
BodyStep - a Les Mills classA full body cardio workout that burns calories while toning your butt and thighs. BodyStep Athletic combines basic stepping with high intensity explosive exercises like burpees, push ups and weights. BodyStep Classic incorporates quicker stepping giving you a chance to showcase your rhythm and flair.
BodyVive - a Les Mills classA low-impact, whole body workout using VIVEballs, VIVEtubes and body weight designed to improve fitness and core strength.
C-ABT, Cardio, Abs, Butts & Thighs 20 minutes of medium-low intensity cardiovascular activity followed by focused conditioning for the Abs, Butts and thighs.
Cardio Boxing A series of boxing and cardio exercises designed to build muscle strength, balance, agility and coordination. The class will be varied to suit available training space on day.
Circuit MixA full body workout that will develop strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. This class is a great addition to your routine. Instructors may incorporate a wide variety of exercises indoors and/or outdoors to ensure a fun workout that will keep your body guessing and promote maximum results.
