What is an IDP Session?Interactive Design & Prototyping (IDP): Group sessions that focus on FinancialManagement Services (FMS), Human Capital Management (HCM) and Grants PeopleSoft modules to:

• Review current business requirements• Demonstrate PeopleSoft functionality• Discuss, validate and design future business processes via

conceptualized and prototyped system• Identify and create an inventory checklist (i.e. data conversion,

interfaces, reporting requirements and security)• Involves users immediately by putting their knowledge of their

institution’s business functions to work
