Marsh is the largest insurance brokerage firm in the world and caters insurance and risk

analysis services to almost all the top companies’ globally. The Marsh Way application

facilitates the renewal process of existing policies through a multistep and complex business

process.

Global communication system has an automated system which will send letters and emails to recipients automatically depend on their requirements. But there are some cases where along with the email attachment also needs to be sent. We have implemented this new feature in GCS (Amex) where along with email the attachment also will be sent in xls format.

For ID Theft case letter has to be sent to customer automatically. For that there is one

application where feeder will give the customer details and letter will be sent to that

customer. By this time it will connect different teams and get the feed and then sent them for

validation and once all successful will generate letter .

A Portal will be there which will be like customer care support tools. Once any of the

customer complain about anything it will keep that in database and also people can follow

up with that and take corrective action. It will help a lot for after sales service of cards as if

stolen or something customer can ask for support and it will keep update on the service.

Responsibility

Communicate with clients and get the requirement and also update them regarding the progress

Study the client requirements and come up with the design solution which would best suit the client’s

need and build the code accordingly.
