Survey ContinuedSummary - Smart phones are predominately used as phone and for email. The fact that calendars and internet conductivity are only mentioned in 20% or less means that that part is not being used or is being used and was not thought about when filling out the survey.

15% of the respondents either had questions about the use or don’t own a smart phone.

Appears that the mobile use of the phones is growing but has not been completely accepted by agents. Several commented about the cost of the phones and data plans being too costly.
