USING GRANTS AND CADRE REPORTS ON MY ROTARY Reports on My Rotary can help Rotary members manage their grant activities and find members of The
Rotary Foundation’s Cadre of Technical Advisers who can help them with grant projects. The table below
tells you which report to use to gather various kinds of information. Follow the links in the table to jump
to the section of this document that explains each report.
Note: Personal data in these reports should be used for authorized Rotary purposes only. By accessing this
data, you agree to abide by Rotary’s Data Use Policy.

Grant Detail get comprehensive details about one grant
Grant Location show all approved global grants taking place in a selected country
Grant Participation measure club, district, and zone participation in global grants and
district grants
Grant Productivity see global grants and district grants in all statuses for a selected club,
district, or zone
Grants by Sponsor see grants by a selected club or district and their current status (closed
and canceled grants are not included)
Cadre Member Information find Cadre members

Getting to grants reports
To use grants reports, all you need is a My Rotary account. (If you don’t have an account, learn how to
create one.) To find the reports, follow these steps:
Sign in to My Rotary. Go to Manage, then Reports.
Scroll to the bottom of the Reports page.
Click View reports.

If you have any trouble finding or using these reports, write to [email protected]. Note:
Grants reports show the information Rotary had the day before you run them.
Select the report that you want to open.

Grant Detail
This report provides a comprehensive review of one grant, including its description, partners, and project
financing. Use the grant’s ID to get its report. Note: The red search prompts are required, and the green
prompts are optional.
Type the Grant ID and click the search button.
When the grant you’re searching for appears, double-click the
grant number to move it to the column on the right. Click OK.

Select the file type you want and click OK.
You can also export the report to a PDF document or an Excel
spreadsheet. When the report opens, you can print it.

Grant Location
This report shows all of the approved global grants that are taking place in the selected country for one or
more Rotary years. Note: The red search prompts are required, and the green prompts are optional.
Find the country you’re interested in.
When you find it, double-click the country name to move it to the
column on the right.

You can narrow your search results to a range of years. Click Refresh Values to see a list of
years.
Double-click the years you want to move them to the column on
the right. Click OK.

Select the file type you want and click OK.
You can also export the report to a PDF document or an Excel
spreadsheet.
When the report opens, you can print it.

Grant Participation
You can use this report to see how active your club, district, or zone is in using global grants and district
grants. Enter one or more years and a club, district, zone, or zone section in the search parameters. Note:
The red search prompts are required, and the green prompts are optional.
Find the years you want to know about.
When you find them, double-click them to move them to the column
on the right.

Double-click the organization type (club, district, zone, or zone section) to move it to the column
on the right.
Type the club ID, district number, zone number, or zone section
number. Click OK.

Select the file type you want and click OK.

Grant Productivity
Use this report to get detailed information about grants of all statuses for a selected club, district, zone, or
zone section. Note: The red search prompts are required, and the green prompts are optional.
Search for the years you want to know
about.
When you find them, double-click them to move them to the column
on the right.

Type the club ID, district number, zone number, or zone
section number. Click OK.

Grants by Sponsor
This report displays grants by a selected club or district and their status. You can use it to check for
overdue reports on approved grants or to see if your club or district has reached the limit of 10 open
grants. Grants with a status of approved, submitted, draft, and authorizations required appear in this
report; closed and canceled grants do not. You can use a club ID, club name, or district number. Note: The
red search prompts are required, and the green prompts are optional.
Double-click the organization type (club or district) to move it to the
column on the right.
Type the club ID, club name, or district number. Click OK.

Select the file type you want and click OK.
You can also export the report to a PDF or an Excel spreadsheet. When the report opens,

Cadre Member Information
This report provides information about members of The Rotary Foundation’s Cadre of Technical Advisers.
You can filter the information by the Cadre members’ language, area of expertise (sector membership),
country, and district.
You can narrow the results to show only members who speak a specific language.
Click Refresh Values to see a list of languages. Double-click the language to
move it to the column on the right.
Because many Cadre members work in several sectors, it can be helpful to use the search tool to find all the combinations that include the sector you want.

Specify a country or district. If you don’t, Cadre members from
all countries and districts will appear on the report. Click OK. If your search results are empty, that means no Cadre members
fit your search.
When the report opens, you can print it.
You can also export the report to a PDF or an Excel spreadsheet.
