Using Flashcard machine

Go to www.flashcardmachine.com and log in.

Click on Create a new flashcard set as before and fill in the various fields. Then choose a subject from the menu.

Fill in the other fields and then click on Save Set Details.

Next, click on Advanced Editor…

… and then on Create a New Card.

Click on Manage Images to upload pictures from your computer.

Click on Examinar…

… then double click on the picture you want to upload.

When you’ve uploaded your picture, click on Return to Card Edit.

Your picture is now uploaded to the database.

Now you need to upload it to your card.

Click on the tree icon.

Locate your picture here

Then click on Insert.

Your picture will appear here:

You can write a definition here.

Repeat this process for every new flashcard you wish to add.

You can see your flashcard collection building up.

When you’ve completed your flashcard set, click on Start Study Session to view it. Your pupils will need to do this whenever you want them to interact with the flashcard set online.

The first time you click on this you will be asked to configure your study session.

In this case we have chosen Definition then Term.This means pupils will have to guess the word from the definition.

Choose Auto-Flip if you want the cards to flip over automatically. You can also programme how long your pupils get to look at them before they flip over.

When you’re ready, click on Begin.

Your flashcard activity will begin.

Click on Next Card to view the next flashcard.
