Prerequisites for the Interface
• Set up Deanery Training Post as an ESR Position
• The NHS Trusts must use the Recruitment Module in ESR
• The Deanery must use be ready to use the interface

Creating a New Deanery Post
1. Agree the details of the Post with the Deanery
2. Set up the generic post as a new ESR Position
3. Apply the Deanery Post Number

3. Outbound Interface Runs - Overnight Process
4. Inbound Interface Runs - Overnight Process
5. Applicant Arrives in ESR
