Virtually every evaluation BLI produces (environmental, field, lab, etc.) comes with an image or seal to help you easily communicate your product’s performance to your customer base*. And when you purchase a reprint right for any of the images or product performance claims, you have free rein to produce them in an unlimited quantity. Just contact BLI and we can help you add value to your ad.

* As stated in BLI’s reprint right contract, before excerpts from our reports/articles can be published, manufacturers must submit copies of the material in the context in which they intend to use it for our review and written approval. This is to ensure that the material is used in the proper manner and won’t be misinterpreted when taken out of context. In addition, all translations should be done with BLI.

BLI graphics are available in a variety of file types for our users’ convenience. When requesting a graphic, please specify which type is preferred, or let us help determine which is most appropriate for your needs.

MINIMUM SIZE 1,000 x 1,500 pixels (300 dpi at approximately 3" x 5")

PREFERRED SIZE 2,400 x 3,000 pixels or more (300 dpi at approximately 8" x 10")

FORMAT JPG, TIFF, PNG, BMP

COLOR RGB or CMYK

ALPHA Clipping path for isolating product photos is preferred.

COMPRESSION No image compression or lossless image compression.

OTHER Products are preferred against a white background in neutral light, without optional accessories.

• Most images as specified will be 1MB or more. Files larger than 10MB are likely to be unnecessarily large.

• Most photographic images in a 1,000 x 1,500 pixel size range will exceed 100KB in size.

• No image below 100KB is likely to be usable.
