    USI.7b Bill of Rights to the United States ConstitutionDirections: Copy the template front to back to produce a two-sided document. Using the copied template, place

    the paper scroll side down. Fold the paper in half, lightly pinching the top and bottom to mark where ahamburger crease would be. Using the pinched places as a guide, fold the sides to the middle,making shutters meet in the middle. The graphic organizer blocks should show on in the inside whenthe shutters are open; the scroll and the title are on the outside when the shutters are closed.

    Inside the shutters, write details about the key philosophies in the Declaration of Independence, usingthe graphic organizer blocks as a guide for each of the 4 points.

    Add drawings beside the statements to show additional meaning.
