DESCRIPTION

Being given the opportunity to sit down at someone’s kitchen table, cubicle, or office is a special invitation that not many get the chance to experience. It’s an opportunity for you to collect unique personal stories, which provide you with deep insight into the problems people face and the context they have to work within. Users In The Mist is a collection of stories from past projects that expresses the lessons I’ve learned over the years conducting field studies and how those lessons helped me grow both professionally and personally. Attending this session will provide you with good rules of thumb that will help you with future field studies and prepare you for the types of situations you might find yourself in.
