Walkthrough of Tasks for Evaluation
USER TASKS SADDLE UP!!Andrew, Vivian, Xiaojing
TASK 1
RENT A BIKE (Without code, one day pass)
Step 1: Activate the screen and choose language!Step 2: Select rent a bike!Step 3: The system will ask user have a pass or not, select “NO”, user can buy a new pass.!Step 4: Choose a pass type.!Step 5: User has to agree with the user agreement to continue.
TASK 1
RENT A BIKE
Step 6: The screen will show the total price, user can insert credit card to pay, or, if user has a promotion code, the system will adjust the price after entering the code.!Step 7: After insert the credit card, user input zip code.!Step 8: Enter Phone number.!Step 9: User can decide receiving message or not.!Step 10: Select a bike, and ride away.
TASK 2
REPORT A DAMAGE (Bike damage)
Step 1: Activate the screen and choose language!Step 2: Select Damage Report!Step 3: The system will display numbers user can call to report damage.!Step 4: Tap Back to the main-feature screen.
TASK 3
NEED EXTRA TIME (Bike damage)
Step 1: Activate the screen and choose language!Step 2: Select Station Full!Step 3: The system will display nearest station and two options. User can go to the nearest station or get the App the find nearby stations. If not, user can tap “Extra time” to add 30 minutes.
